I know this is a unpopular opinion but this is honestly my favorite final boss from any game ever and honestly has the best music from any final boss ever but just my opinion
This is actually a very neat concept! Hope you expand upon it more!
Bro this looks awsome! You should try increasing Sonic`s falling speed as the game progresses (like by increasing it by 1 everytime they hit a buzz bomber), to make it more challeging!

it'd be very cool if you used a y speed variable to make sonic's air movement more natural and for him to fall faster the longer he falls

try to get a better buzz bomber sprite, i would try the spriter's resource.
I used those from sprites resource but I couldn't find any buzz bomber sprites with transparent backgrounds. where can I find them?
Made by me by scratch on scratch 3 (sound a little weird), i used a site to convert scratch projects into HTML files.

I also got a weird glitch in angel island having fun in debug more,where angel island was running slowly and the game reset itself.

Not these: • Trying to launch the exit cannon in Carnival Night Zone early as player 2 will launch both players off of the screen with no transition to Ice Cap Zone, softlocking the game. • If Knuckles tries to access the other characters' version of the Egg Drillster Mk. II battle, the game will crash when the ground is destroyed unless Knuckles transforms into an object through debug mode. This crash is unavoidable if not accessed with debug mode, making this a problem if the flying Super form cheat is activated. • The game will crash when trying to load the player character into the Slot Machine minigame if the standalone Sonic 3 branding is activated from the sound test. • It's possible to get stuck in the battle area after defeating Knuckles in Super or Hyper form. This will not always happen, and when it does, it is possible to restart.

I did this once when I was a kid and have tried to replicate it every time I play through this game again I think having done it only successfully once.

a sudden endless pit glitch, huh... wasn't Tails supposed to grab onto that while Sonic is still at it? I've never seen that before
They took "what the camera doesn't see, the console doesn't feel" very seriously

there's also a glitch where i accidently made the mushrooms pink after leaving a bonus stage but i'm not sure how i did it

I think because of the size of some levels in that game, they would unload them to load the rest of the level. That particular lift has a load zone near the end of it that you can pass through but because of the way the lift works, you're able to clip back through the floor into the unloaded area. Funny oversight by the devs lol.
Good point, I think this was done to save as much space as possible so as not to blow up the entire sega genesis. Pretty cool huh

Looks a Sonic Advance Game
Probably because the game has sonic advance sprites and is from 2005, close to the date of the sonic advance games. But I think you already know...and yours was a rhetorical question...
Now this is peak Sonic better then Adventure, Classic and the boost.

hah this is the supertux i reminds playing all day long! i played now (2023) its weird.. only good is the gfx, but the game changed, the sound is the worst thing
They have changed a lot of things over the years, especially the layout of the levels and even the levels themselves. I remember in a very old version (not 0.1.1) there was a section of levels with keys to get. What memories.
