How to Format an IEEE Paper?
This video will give a walkthrough of the IEEE conference paper template. Even if the IEEE paper template is available in both word format and Latex format on IEEE website, many authors still find it difficult to produce 100% compliant papers as far as formatting is concerned. This video will help the authors in developing a good understanding of the IEEE format.

What is citation?
In academic writing or in general too when we write the essay or an article we need some references in favor of our idea or work. That time we usually quote someone published documented idea or work in the article. This reference in my paper is known as a cited document. The person who belongs with this cited idea or work will get credit of it. This credit measured in terms of citation. Means, if some one says that I have published 5 research papers and each paper carry some citations ( like 7, 12, 4, 9, 11 respectively). It means a particular paper is quoted that number of times, in other articles or in essays. I have used here two words article and essay. Regular researchers count citations from the published research papers, conference proceedings articles and by books or its chapter. While in case of graduate students they write essay and quote the authentic work with proper information. In a specific style as their mentor instructed to them.
A list of all 9 journals is in the description of the video...all are open access journals...No processing charges.
Yes this is ....all journal are open access and no fee from authors since 2012, the year we started the publications. For the knowledge society free and open access articles.
