that is a very good question. I would have to say yes i have that problem so many rods for some many different ways of fishing. I have some that are my favorite ones that i use allot even when I am not making videos. The main thing is having the right one for what you intend on doing. There are some things with rods though were it's not just luck. Thank you for this question it's a good one.

@user-uq6nt1ui4t they really only stock 10inchers here in Colorado but sometimes they throw the Bruders back too. I only eat trout once they get over 17 inches only need 1 to have a good dinner. Thank you for commenting and good luck next time you get out.

The setup was the TN Provo keuryu rod with a homemade step down leader, 20lb RIO dacron for main line the step down leader uses 2/3rd the rod length of main line then 14 to 18 inch sections of tippet either 0x-2x-4x or 1x-3x-5x to the fly witch was one I tie on a size 14 3x long jig hook and just black marabou it's simple and works great. Hope this is what you were asking for, thanks you for commenting.

I will adjust that to my 15ft rod and give it a go!

@c.cabanilla8963 it's been working for me for a long time, the backing has a good cast or roll to it you can also wax the main line to make it a little stiffer.

@c.cabanilla8963 running that amount of main line nymphs rather well and the length of the leader is good for spooky fish or deep water using the main line to leader connections as a sighter too.

As long as your hands are wet it's fine. Dry hands will take off the slime coat and possibly lead to their death

Always wet your hands and keep the fish wet in the water in the net, best way to not hurt them and use barbless hooks too. If your planning on releasing them try to do your best. If your taking them home do as you see fit. Thank you commenting

There all pretty good, I always am using the medium rubber one. Just depends on usage if your a boater I would suggest one with a longer handle. Hard part is figuring out a way to attach it to yourself.

i do all the time had a 22 inch walleye yesterday, trout are ok but not top of my list of fish i wanna eat all the time.

it can be, some places there are 1,000's of them.

Ya long before they removed the dock, still allot of turtles in there.

@@Wedge_designer the bass are there and the catfish love fresh uncooked shrimp, there is also allot of carp in there so might bring a can of corn for fun. Good luck and stay safe out there.

that question can be answered by the division of wild life who have shocked this river and removed all the other species except trout and brown trout and some suckers. there are a few other fish in here but only small amounts of them small mouth walleye larger mouth bass carp and catfish.

Lol there are lots of spots, what part of Colorado. Most of the places I have been are on the front range east of the divide.

@@LuisHernandez-ln2cd ok there is allot of action in that area, the south platte has lots of fish and so does clear creek the flows are high right now making it a little harder. the easiest way of finding fish these days for me is using this go to google and type in (colorado fishing atlas) it will give you a map of locations that you can zoom in on and check locations for what kind of fish are in there or have been stocked there. lots of place to search threw, most of the same flies that work in NM work just as good here prince nymphs, midges and so on there is also quiet a few fly shops in denver too they also might be able to point a few flies out and where to use them. I hope this helps you out on your adventure.
