.loved the video, Katy..My bible has no space anywhere but i squeeze in a few bullet points and pop some more on sticky notes. I also like to fill in a journal whilst i do my bible studies. I enjoy how you give a brief background and cross reference to other verses. Looking forward to James ch 3. Also would love to see another one of your day in the life of.. vlogs..are you still a supply teacher? And vlogs on areas us mums deal with such as fear, anxious thoughts especially during these times, self esteem, talents/giftings/not good enough etc Thank you and God bless

Hi! Have you ever done a followup video regarding taking notes in this Bible? I just wondered how that's coming along. 🙂 I bought one of these Bibles after you showing how beautiful it is, but not only have I not taken any notes in it yet ... I haven't even taken it out of the plastic!!!

I taught Attic/Ionic/Koine Greek to classics students in Europe for 25 years. James is not clarifying what pisteuo is. Pisteuo means to be persuaded that an argument presented is true. All Greek authors use pisteuo the same way. James is not referring to faith in the gospel: that Christ died for our sins. He refers to the Jews' faith in the Shema for justification. The Jews recited the Shema twice daily, maybe more, but the Shema is the introduction to the Law of Moses, which they were required to keep. James does not mention the object of saving faith: Jesus Christ's death and resurrection for our justification. Therefore James doctrine of justification no longer applies to us.

I think Rahab trusted the Lord and her trust in Him led her to aid the spies rather than her aiding the spies enabled her to be saved. Great Bible study! I love your use of Scripture to inform Scripture.

You are so thorough with explaining the details and have a wonderful ministry🙏 Please could explain or do a video on how you search up the pictures on Pinterest and transfer/download onto your computer and print it out, for us less tech savvy folk! my family has given up on explaining it to me!! Hey lovely, loving your videos. I'm UK. I home ed my kids but level 3 TA until I found out I was pregnant. I think you're amazing for working in a nursery. I was always happier in yrs 4 5 6, lol. I now help run our under 5s at church and adore it but would defo love working with teens in youth ministry once my kiddos are older. You know you don't have to wait until September to pull them out if you want to. Happy to answer any questions about it if you fancy it. X
