Sir, I am confused whether I should up skill myself or prepare for GATE CSE/IT. My problem starts when I was able to crack 2 companies of 10+ lpa within a duration of 6 months during my campus placements. But one after another both of them got revoked and as a last resort I had to choose a service based company with 5.5 lpa. For the first 2 company I was able to prepare for them within 3 months. But then I left practice and now I am back to 0. Since then I have tried many Off campus opportunities but my resume doesn't get shortlisted for any PBCs. Should I prepare for GATE or start Practicing DSA and Development from scratch again and keep applying for Jobs.

Not much benefit I guess. From my experience at ISRO, MTech people get the first promotion earlier ( 2 years earlier)

Hello, I have 3 questions, 1) do you get HRA 2) do u need to to pay hostel fees as there is no HRA 3) as you said you have to review every year so have you seen someone who has his fellowship discontinued and do they discontinue to normal fellowship like 37 k per month or less than that
1)NO 2) Yes you need to pay Hostel Fees 3) yes there are few cases here at iitkgp (Around 10% of total students)
@@kishalaydas and one more question For eg if I have a DBT FELLOWSHIP and my interest lies in some domain let’s say immunology but NII DELHI isn’t a PMRF granting institution so should I opt for interest or I should choose PMRF granting institution just for sake that I can get the fellowship like how much is the probability of getting accepted
probability of getting accepted is good given you have good academic record and good reco letter. But I feel if you interests lies somewhere else and you have a fellowship there go with that. PhD is all about interest. Think about future, not these four years what u are earning
