They say the body affects the mind tremendously. I really believe that. I was in your shoes at one point. The game changers for me was closed system colon hydrotherapy. It helps a ton to have a good colon hydrotherapist. I know a good one in Los Angeles if you Lee in the area. Also do you have any root canals? You should remove them. I’d also look into things like Orin therapy. I know it sounds gross but it works. “The water of life” by John Armstrong is a good book on the subject . Hope you get well!

I am also 29 years old. I have found that focusing on what is next, what am I supposed to do next, what comes next? These all take away from the present moment, and the present moment is the only time you will find joy. Try to appreciate the little things in life, the small moments, the wonderful delicious inhale you are taking right now, and then the relaxing complementary exhale you get to take right after. Isn't it wonderful to be alive and to see and hear and feel all that we see and hear and feel? Please don't think that you have to redo any part of your life. You are who you are because of what you have lived through. And who you are is enough, and who you are is who your husband and dog loves, and who you are is who shows up for you every day. Peace. As someone who has suffered with mental health you have to start now. The more you consider yourself broken the less you can change.

What dose you use?

I’ve had horrendous headaches, nausea, stomach cramps, weight loss and constipation since being on it. I’m now off it but still got awful constipation. I came off it on 19th June having been taking it since 31st May. Awful stuff! I do not recommend it. Every part of my body ached as well!

I don't know if you'll read this but your vlogs mean a lot and has helped me in ways you cannot imagine...... I'm also battling severe depression and anxiety and I just constantly feel unsafe about everything, with myself, with people, with friends.... everything makes me cry and pains me like the world is crumbling. But when I see your videos, I can relate so much and I don't feel alone anymore. It's so relieving to see another person living through it and facing hard times and the good times...... putting effort to just exist. Its just so relieving that I'm not alone and I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for that ♥️ I'm just happy to watch you and I hope that you know that you are genuinely helping someone by being just you and making these videos

From the outside it's hard to understand why you are not happy 24/7. You are pretty , married , smart (i mean software engineer , hello). That's so typical depression though. Being bullied in the childhood can be so negatively impact your adult life , i'm sorry you had to experience it. I hope you truly love yourself one day. You should :).
