Yes it’s always good to hear reactions for people that had never heard of Mr. Brown before. And like I explained above this was not really a live performance they just edited the video to look like it went along with the original studio version. There are plenty of live versions of Mr. Brown you could react to that are actually live like the eight minute medley from the Ed Sullivan show in 1966,the songs from the TAMI show from 1964 and things like that.

I haven’t listened to it yet I just started it from the beginning but James Brown has been my favorite artist since 1968 when I was 12 I saw him over 100 times in concert live over 30 years I have all of his records I’ve met him and all that good stuff. Just so you know The video part is from 1971, the actual singing that you’re hearing is from the original single from 1970.

They have a full recording of Oogie boogie (I think that’s the name, the song from the 40’s), they also just released live versions of Hallelujah and Bohemian Rhapsody.

Lucy has only started to give "live" solo concerts this year. The first in Manchester UK, the second she's only just returned from Tokyo Japan. In a couple of weeks it'll be the Theatre Royal Drury Lane London. Next year she is due to star in a brand new musical written especially for her on London's West End stage called "Rosie." So as far as I can see, I think her future is looking pretty good.

Absolute amazing Vanny..

I kinda wish people wouldn't suggest this live version of the song, by the time during a tour Plant sang this his voice was entirely shot. He couldn't hit a single one of his famous amazing high notes. Plus for instruments, this live version is pretty darned good, but just doesn't have the depth and power of the studio version, as well as many other live versions. Nice job reacting, but I'm afraid there wasn't much to work with on this one. The studio cut is a work of art. Thank you.
