Truly the worst airline. Their customer support is nonsensical and unhelpful. We purchased an extra seat to have extra space and they did not save our seat reservation!! Why would anyone buy an extra seat if it’s not adjacent to their own seat??

Zipair is not for me. I don’t like getting nickel and dimed for everything. JAL is a much better fit for me. For me Zipair was not a good start for my vacation.

I tried Colombia Huila La Loma as an iced latte last week. It was incredible. Not the kind of experience I was expecting. 10/10 would wait an hour in the blazing hot sun again just to have it. I think these close up shots up against the man's face to watch him eat is a bit ridiculous. Also, smacking his lips, is hard to watch. Not a good look for a review. The upside is that each food dish is nicely and professionally labeled.

Definately dissapointed in this "raspberry" bun. Barely a hint of raspberry , only enough to slightly stain the dough. Just just their croissant rolled differently. Still tasty, though.
