Things you must keep PRIVATE to maintain a Peaceful and a Fulfilled life.
As a woman I really don't see anything wrong with polygamy!! Man can never just be with one woman in their whole life time so this prevents cheating and kids without their fathers. This is such a good thing us woman just have alot of jealous & try n control and it's sad cause they make their man sin.
Thanks for sharing your perspective!
Have you ever seeing a Yoruba say i am Lagos Yoruba or Hausa saying I am kano Hausa. So, stop fooling your self. IGBO BU IGBO. IGBO AMAKA
Igbo Amaka! Thank you.
The mistake you are all making is , telling people you are delta Igbo. Correct answer is I am IGBO
@@agboemmanuelekuma8292 That's right! we are all Igbo.
When you say, I am Delta Igbo. You have already paint your self as inferior and whosoever you are taking to will be looking at as an outcast. Meanwhile, when you say, I am an IGBO Man or Woman, people will see you as NDI IGBO which is NDIGBO meaning THE ANCIENT PEOPLE.
Happy New Year Claribell🎉❤ Thanks for sharing great content!
@@light769-iy2qi Thank you😊 Wishing you a fabulous year!!
I would go a step farther. I would say to make polygamy ethical, it requires the enthusiastic consent of all wives to all marriages. CHIPS consent is not sufficient. FRIES consent is a minimum for this sort of complicated activity
I appreciate you sharing your perspective. Thank you.
IG handle ?
@claribell51
Truth is all these is applicable to African men. The only one that seems to be the exclusive preserve of Igbo man (of old) is spending lavishly on their wives. Nowadays, Igbo men don't "slave away" for their wives o. You need to earn it.
@@Zanjero234 Lol @Igbo men these days don't "slave away" 🤣. Things are hard these days. Thanks for your support!

Thanks for sharing this word , it's so timely. God wins all the time🙏 I appreciate your support.
The problem is not polygamy or more accurately polygyny, the problem is dishonesty. If the man prior to marrying the first wife states clearly that he supports and his life's intent is with polygyny and if he becomes financially capable of providing for her as his first wife and a second or third wife as well without any financial or emotional hardship by any of the wives he will be inclined to take other wives. The man must be confident enough in himself not to hide this desire and he must accept that the first potential wife may desire not to get married if this potential exist. But if the first wife understands this desire and feels she will change him over time I assure you she is sadly mistaken.
Ok, thanks for sharing your perspective! I appreciate your support.
Please Iam looking for someone who knows history and ready to tell it the way it is why Delta Igbos don't generally just accept that they are Igbos . Please quote authority and references cause this matter should be laid to rest once and for all
I am from Ukwanni in Ndokwa local government area of Delta State. Proudly Deltan.
I'm familiar with Ukwanni, lovely people. Thanks for your support!
I think the state creations by the millitry government weakened the tribes, especilly the Igbo tribe. Edo - Igbo, Delta- Igbo, Rivers -Igbo, etc. An Igbo is an Igbo, states are artificial boudaries for the purpose of administration.
@@basseybassey1979 You're so right! I appreciate your perspective .
Ma'am, you are seriously misleading people by saying Polygamy is wrong! I am not a polygamist, however, your viewpoint is extremely narrow. You need to understand the human factor, nature and why the creator, so called, made far more women than men. perhaps you are married...what about societies where there are very few men? I am not religious...but the old so called testament had great men with many wives, yet somehow you brimstone preachers cleverly skip this to the fabricated new testament or whatever they term it. What is missing here is advising polygamous folk to remember the karmic repercussions of breaking or abusing some one's heart intentionally doing so! Polygamy always was, and will be because not every woman will see a non attached man of any decency to marry - that's just what it is! So may we stop playing Holy and get with the reality of the moment!
Thanks for sharing your perspective!!
Thank you

Forget your location in Nigeria or anywhere in the world,If you are lgbo you are Igbo,lm from Anambra and lm not more lgbo than the lgbos in Benue state or elsewhere provided you are lgbo.
If women wanted monogamy they shouldn't have spent 50 years turning sex into empowerment.
Its your fault too, that at your age you are still confuse of who you really are. but your parents where cowards , For confusing you people. I don't mean any insult but that the truth.
Native name? 1, What is Native ? 2, Which Native is that ?

Igbo was there before all the states were created. Igbo is not the name of any State. Forget about that your Ex, he is very ignorant, so forgive him. There are different dialects of Igbo language, so the man from Anambra speaks his own variation/dialect and cannot claim that is all Igbo language can be identified by. Nne, I bu nwafor Igbo.🎉

I disagree, everyone needs friends, single or married. If you are worried about your husband's attempts to sleep with other women behind your back then that marriage is not worth it cause he's going to step out on you regardless of whether you keep married friends only as your company.
