Foreigners can’t own nor buy in tribal villages as land is ancestral…some mary local women trying to ingratiate themselves into communities but the land would never belong to them either as long as their bloodline is untraceable to that area…simple as that. They do have land in cities or the rural land that’s privately owned which they can buy as foreigners or anyone else who wants to build in rural but has no ancestral ties to South Africa and any of its provinces & villages. Lol well than stay in urban areas no1 is forcing anyone but fact is life in urban areas is ripoff, you come in the city work your life off but get thrown back to the rural land with an old age body, pensioners are struggling in urban life. Rates don’t drop even though some municipalities claim certain benefits for old age , they still miss a lot . My people must live and develop their own rural land. I love the developments I’m seeing and honestly people are moving out of the city
