Don’t do those, kids are not to be shown on media unless I write to the school and ask permission. Plus I’m a man of too much controversial choices. I say what on my mind on social media so it might bite back later. Once I get back to mzansi only than maybe I will post those vids cause I have a few

Gov schools hire less of foreign teachers and in gov schools children and parents are more respectful so I doubt we would here foul from people working there.
Gov schools pay baba bit less hey boma 10,11,12 and mostly avg at 15 the highest.

Preference to Africans is given to those already in China. You can’t get to China without Visa. You can’t get Visa without job offers

Are u in China though? Do you know sekunzima kanjan ukuthola ispani even ungaphakath echina? We are the last option either way whether inside or outside. Fact is last preference is us and usa 1st. It just how it is and how the mentality of society is here,,,

This is misleading big time. I have a question for you how many South Africans are struggling finding a job right now. Do you have the numbers for and against. Chief im here with you. I can give you 10 out of 10 South Africans i know that have been hired for August. Don't be a doomsayer like the rest of these content creators. Mshengu relax my broer...waiting period and desperation makes people exegerrate the issues. Abalinde China is a massive country bazoza in due time. Secondly training centers are openning up now..There's no crisis here. Lastly do work on not seeing the world from being a victim...I distaste how impatient and inaccurate you content creators are misleading other children....Im black from Soweto and i compete and match up kahle nabelungu once i get a job. Obviously the discrimination is there at first, but perform and put your best foot forward when you get the job and do your job....Im in Shenzhen and milking it why, because I've proven myself to the Chinese...Check your filter my brother...This food chain card is getting old dissist

Please show me your school posters sibone if you are the face of your school. 2016-19 you would not go over 2 weeks in China without scoring an interview! When did you come here bro? To not see the difference in job markets! Most training centers have closed my guy vs 2019 and befor to now that a fact!!
I hate it when people don’t push to query things and blindly accept what on face. It is only after Covid where schools now side line South Africans even on posts kahle kahle nje undinga induku for denying such facts that you see daily on posts! It not easy to get a job as before n that a fact! Maybe nifike izolo honestly

@@MfanaKaMshengu Ive been here 9years...Before this I was in South Korea from 2008-2015...Asia is my territory I'm fluent in both languages. See the problem is that we don't understand the socio cultural dynamics of these people let alone Communism which is the bedrock of everything that happens here...hence we arrive at erreneous conclusions. ie. As SA content creators you are paddling that you are unwanted or least preferred these days...Very wrong...From day one Asians don't esteem black people as a race let alone as their teacher or superior. So you deal with it accept it and do your work...Asians love diligent people they will keep you and cherish you...Infact they will overwork you which means money on your part...1.4Billion population you wanna make us believe there's no teaching jobs ima kancane... Pure economies of scale are tilted on our side...Whoever is reading this put in your documents and wait for a response its coming, there's plenty vacancies here...Go to "JMF China Careermunity" now and then South Africans are specifically wanted... Mshengu tell your gang to be patient they will get a response sooner rather than later. This glass is half full not half empty...Again Training centers are now coming back don't take my word for it. As for being the face of the school...lol why should you request that from me instead of requesting the real stuff which is proof of payment we came here for money not fame...nina you lose focus sometimes niyaphoxa

@@XolaniNdlovu-d9f lol you are not gonna provide the face of school because if you listen very well it not the schools fault but the parents and their preference I said this clear. N schools will go according to that. 2 china population is growing slow the birth rate has dropped just yesterday there was articles of mass schools shutting down, China is no longer the highest population in the world just recently passed by india! It is one of those reasons training centers got shut down and had to change their curriculum from 2019. The training center I worked for before only takes in drama and arts graduates because of the policies adjusted by gov.
I understand the Chinese culture and comm on how they do business locally and globally. Fact here is jobs have dropped not even for foreigners but Chinese too have a job placement issue! The customer prefers other nations there for schools move towards that! It a fact that written in many posts for jobs you can ignore it but it best I advise those who want to work in Asia they must look for a job in China or South Korea coz Chinas market has dropped! Some kindergarten are not even allowed to teach English but you here denying things lol kahlen hawu.
If u understand china well you would know futhi you have less than 10 years here because once the kids we teach now are fluent and qualified there won’t be a need of Chinese gov to spend over 15k on a teacher. That how they role n I’m happy to about that!

@@XolaniNdlovu-d9fthis has to be the most sensible comment so far. I agree with your statement when you say when a person works diligently they will be cherished and this goes for anywhere. There's great reward for work ethic and I think maybe its time the South African teachers have to ask themselves why they are not preferred when they were preferred and hired before. It can never be about the accent. I follow a particular content creator who is also a teacher and I love her energy and her dedication. She literally lives for what she does and she has not even once posted here ekhala. She works and keeps it moving. Kuyasetyenzwa in other countries akudlalwa.
