I get it with stake, meat, beef, milk and other animal specific products But not with "burger" since burger has been made with pork, fish, chicken and other substitutes for the beef patty for decades.

it's actually very important to replace all animal products with plant-based alternatives so animals don't suffer for someone's taste preferences anymore. If a plant-based alternative tastes or looks the same, there is absolutely no problem in calling it the same name.
