    Respect to bro for being a beast and for the kings bride she has a great physique and her form is quite good only slightly laching in lower back stability which is a big issue for most beginners or people who arent all that into excersise

    Level 1 is pushups with hands near waist height guys. His level 1 is already a bit advanced for.someone starting from sedentary level. Do the pushups i said and do pike pushups.

      Level 3 (half lay) is harder than Level 4 (straddle) if you're straddling very wide. Try mastering half lay

    Bro your veins in your head are popping out.Isnt cause headache which longer for some days?. If it pains, breath in mouth while doing handstand bro. If you breath in your mouth , your head will not feel the stress of blood flow which is so sudden.Bro I hope this helps you.

    Do it without swinging you are swinging people call it clean I said 1000000 times don’t swing come one man if it does not succeed first time just do it again and again in dead hang give it. 2 weeks max and you have true clean muscle up but train correctly you won’t achieve anything if you only do things you believe you can do
