great i've got a schwinn trike and wanted to see the 80 cc china doll on the trike . How is putting on that rear sprocket did it take much fabrication?
once i removed the brake assembly i welded on the sprocket. it fit perfectly. The hardest part was stablelizing the motor where it is. I ended up putting a bolt through the frame and welded a plate onto the bolt and drilled holes for the motor mount. Thats where all of the fab went.

Hey bro how did you mount the sprocket for the engine
I took off the rear brake and welded the sprocket in it's place it fit perfectly. The front brake are the only brakes now but they work great slowing down.
What was the final result? Do you drive it daily? Did you tune it? All kinds of questions!!!

i replaced the front cat with the turbo and connected the rest of the exhaust as normal. i had already deleted the mufflers and the exhaust ended under the back door where it turns in front of the gas tank.

My state doesn't require smog testing so I was able to turbo this car by removing the catalyst converter.

Under $400. Paid $250 for the turbo and oil lines. $100 for the ebay welder. Then some fittings and tubes for the intake.

My 2010 malibu running lean po171 check for vacuum leaks changed co2 sensors cant find what's wrong
Needs bigger injectors. Unplug the o2 and it will run rich.

Most of the motorized videos that I have seen do not mount the engine where you did. Do you ever burn yourself on that engine in that location? I went with a Royal London trike, as the cost was better than the Schwinn. It is one order, so I am looking at all the motorized trike videos that I can find. Hughes Motorized has a good one for bike assembly, but it lacks much in showing how to do the build with the motor, itself. Thanks for posting. Most folk who post these videos seldom answer questions, so kudos to you for doing that. Any photos or videos of your build in progress? Thanks.
Nope. I custom routed the pipe (not shown in the video) to go down behind the pedal and out the back. Legs are far away from the motor. I only had to grind the pedal a little bit for clearance. I cut the original handle bar to make the pipe. Had the perfect length and curves.

The sprocket replaces the rear brake assembly. Tack it on evenly and that's it.

@@melishadiamond9942 for the motor mount i put a bolt through the middle of the frame on the bottom and a bolt through the frame where the seat mounts going into the clutch housing using rubber spacer between.
