Quick question: is it possible to get to that part of the beach if you're not staying in the Atlantis hotel? I'll be visiting Nassau by cruiseship soon and would love to do this hike, but I'm not sure how to get there. I suppose I could take the ferry and cross the island from there?

Great review! I'm surprising my boyfriend with a trip to the Bahamas next May. We are staying on Paradise Island. I was consider Atlantis but it seems a little expensive. I checked out Comfort Suites and it seems like the perfect choice! Free Breakfast and only a seven minute walk to Atlantis. I have a question regarding the bracelet that you get for Atlantis. Does that cover access to the private beaches on the Atlantis resort? Or are those bracelets only good for the water park?

Leaving to the bahamas in less than a week. My husband, our kids 7 & 8 years old, and I are staying at comfort suites. This video is great, I had no idea what to expect but at least I'm going with some tips! Best video I have come across. I can't wait. We're staying a week and I heard it's big so I'm hoping that's enough time to see most of it.

Cruise passengers should not be aloud to use Atlantis's water park. People who pay big bucks for those rooms should not have to compete with cruise peeps. Just my own thoughts..

Question: We are sailing to Nassau in June (4 people). If we book the Atlantis excursion through Royal Caribbean, it is $145/person. We were told that you could stay at Comfort Suites and get the passes to enjoy Atlantis. Is it worth it when you consider the amount of time it takes to check in and then go wait in line to get the pass at Atlantis?

How much was the dolphin excursion?

I'm so glad I found this video!! Very nicely done and I enjoyed watching it so much. My hubby and I are going next month for our 25th wedding anniversary and your tips are going to be so helpful!! Question for you,,,do you need the bracelet only if you want to do the water parks etc. Or can you by pass that and say go to the beaches on the property one day? Thanks in advance!!

You did a great job highlighting Atlantis. We just got home and I wish I had seen your video before going However, we had a super time with the grandchildren we stayed on the resort and had plenty to do as you said

We love going to Atlantis and been going for years. Try the local "fish fry" type restaurants right across the bridge when you are leaving atlantis. Food is just as good without the long ride!
