I agree ..fresh live prawns tastes way way better than this farm raised, pre- cooked version but this package comes handy in a jiffy. Since it is pre- cooked , dont cook it for more than 2-3 minutes or it gets stringy and hard. I do have a similar video on raw shrimp/prawn..please check it out. You'll love Bora Bora no matter where you stay, but personally we love Le Bora Bora that has been fully renovated not too long ago and offers the Motu resort experience for much less then the 5 star Motu resorts. We just made reservations for our 4th time at Le Bora Bora resort in the last 3 years. It'll be our 7th time in Bora Bora, 6th in the last 4 years!... Bora Bora is our happy place!

@Dami Xiaomi the color of tea is based on the tea leaf..look for tea pack that says " orange Pekoe" or black tea(which is actually turns red when added to hot water). Enjoy your tea:)

Hi Vanitha.. the milk solids will initially float to surface and froth up. Lower flame completely. The milk solids will slowly settle to the bottom and change color from yellow to a darker shade then to brown. You can turn off stove when it gets the yellow color itself and let the ghee simmer away in the heat of the pan to avoid the milk solids from burning. Let me know if this helped Vanitha.
