Right okay got ya. I've got a Samsung and no matter what usb port I use, it never charges properly. Ur always says something stupid, like 10 hours to charge. I've just fit a different version of this 2 days ago in my van, it has a usb c socket and works perfectly. I will be changing this one to match

I got on with it okay for a year odd. Didn't really think to look for a fix, but couldn't go back now 👍

If it fixed the problem when you changed it, double check your crimp/solder connections?

check the connections in the door hinge - they're worn where the ziptie holds them - cut that thing off and fix the wiring.

Same for me lol. I changed the sensor, was not easy. Worked for a day then same problem. It says -30 C degrees when it is +40 C outside. I would not care but the aircondition doesn't work probably because of this.

@@leecasper6657 AC is involved only to the degree of temperature being close to the freeze (it does not simply engage then) Did you check the door hinge harness? Unless you got a used sensor, problem's in a different place. EDIT: dismiss, the second part - I thought it was a Volvo... lol

@@leecasper6657 of course if the vehicule indicate negative temp, air conditioning can't work !

There are 2 versions of the M22. You have M22/14 and an M22/15. Just check the internal diameter to see which one you require.

Clip ofcourse came off (I caught it)..and was slightly bent on one of its mounting prongs..I found if I removed the top rubber cap on the light housing I could actually see through to where it fits in place and the whole clip action made more sense in my head. I re bent the clip to its original position and managed to blindly get it back in position with my now mutilated forearm. All working, just in time for inspection tomorrow. Thanks again mate. Risk to reward mate haha that's all it is, gotta get a good feel of the clip, once it makes sense and you've got it in your head, it's easy. Appreciate it 🤙
