TERRA Food-Tech® is a brand of RAYPA specialised in the sterilization of canned food and food packaging R&D. All TERRA autoclaves are designed and manufactured in our Barcelona facilities.
TERRA Food-Tech® autoclaves are designed for cooking, sterilizing and pasteurizing preserves and canned food using a temperature probe placed in a product sample. This leads to a perfect control of the process by while keeping the organoleptic target values and minimizing possible changes in the nutritional characteristics of the canned product.
TERRA Food-Tech® equipment can sterilize and pasteurize food products packed in cans, glass and plastic containers. It is a tool developed to improve the production capacity of small canned food producers and to enable research, development and quality control of the food packaging industry.
Intended uses:
Sterilization or pasteurization of finished products.
R&D laboratories of the food and packaging industry.
Industrial pilot batch sterilization.
