I wish this video was about how well the center and right tackle are playing. They really need to upgrade both positions.

The only problem I have with Kyle Shanahan is that Brendel has been getting rag dolled for the last two seasons and he doesn't put him in check. This offense would look soooooo much better if they drafted Zach Frazier or Jackson Powers-Johnson, who have looked very solid in their rookie season. Stop with these garbage veterans already Weston Richburgh, Injury prone Alex Mack and now rag doll Jake Brendel.

I saw that Cosell said Pearsall looked good against the chiefs. This video though makes me feel a lot better. If Brock can get into any semblance of a rythym with Cowing and Pearsall the offense will be okay. Pearsall and Cowing are both very quick. That jumped out to me. They both accelerate quickly

Pearsall should have been looking for the ball much sooner on that first clip. He didn't turn toward Purdy until the ball was already by him.

The only governor on this offense going forward will be the attention to detail by these rookies. If they can execute their assignment, regardless if they get the ball, that will determine how successful the Niner offense will be going forward.

I'm really starting to see that the NFL isn't what it used to be & they are definitely catering to a particular team! The lopsidedness,the missed tackles,blown coverages,blown leads & poor performance on all aspects just make me (?) its validity! Too much money being paid all of a sudden especially when football was more exciting & way more physical than now! Its now become a full time business & vegas is assuring that! No frekkin way Brock plays like this when in the Superbowl he was very poised and in control! Something's just not right faithful!

And then pause it way after the fact, after he's moved on bc his receivers don't know what they're doing? On the opening drive? Why don't you just blame the players who deserve blame? Not sure.

Cowing and Pearsall should get the majority of the snaps that Aiyuk got moving forward. Also Bell shouldn’t play another down for us barring injuries

Thanks Kyle, you are one the few who are giving a true deep dive. I felt that the timing and continuity was off, and Purdy was trying to figure out how to get in sync with the various speed and routes his WRs are running. Your first clip 1:30 shows anticipation of where his WR would have the ball as he breaks his route, if that was his usual cast he would have timed it better IMO. Also the pressure was right there. When you are rotating Ronnie Bell and Conley in rotation, this game will be riddled with mistakes.

Just really hasn't come together this year and now with all these injuries starting to pile up, it's a long shot to get a playoff spot. On the brighter side, the rookies get some much needed reps. No telling when Aiyuk is able to comeback & at what capacity. And I hope for next year's draft, they find another gem on the right side to take McKivitz place. And people seem to forget that the Chief's D is up there this year.

What more does Jacob Cowing have to do to get more playing time? He only played 12 snaps last game and was clearly the best receiver on the field. Ronnie Bell played 24 snaps. Chris Conley played 44 snaps. How are these two guys getting more snaps than Cowing? Kyle is a stubborn coach.

Great video and analysis Kyle. The play at 12:15 is the play Shanahan referred to in his press conference about when he says they 'missed one where Aiyuk probably takes it to the house'. Brock was a bit antsy during this game. But give the Chiefs credit for being in the right place, being very aggressive, and making plays. I think almost any QB would feel anxious during this game. Still, Brock was just a bit off, as you point out, right from the start.

I know many are disappointed in the season thus far. But some positives are coming from this season. Cowings, Pearsall, and Jennings are going to get better. Mustapha is going to get better. Winters is going to get better. Guerrendo is going to get better. This season could be a loss from an expectation standpoint. But they are developing players. Mason is official. When or if the 49ers are whole, they will be deeper and better. With that being said, the offensive line needs help. Hopefully, they can focus on that in the off-season.

it all starts in the trenches if you cant win in the trenches and you don't have a QB with patty Mahomes pocket movement (which isn't talked about enough) your going to lose the game . that being said im really excited for Pearsall growth I really believe he going to be the 9ers next star. But after this game if the super bowl is a rematch the chiefs will win again sad but true and im a 49er fan!! we dont have a good enough pass rush. And our O line as you can see cant match there D line.

We'll be alright. Looks promising. We have a lot of young guys. Keep this team together. Next year we'll be better.

After watching, no reason Purdy can't go over 300 yards against Dallas. The speed is remarkable, just needs more time. Haters on Purdys remember he's a 24 soon to be 25 year old young man.

That last run play while you were just talking is MADDENING from Mason. This is what ppl are talking about when they say he’s not reading it right. If he just waits for Kittle to lead up into the hole there it’s a TD. But he cuts back to where there’s no blocking! Keeps doing it!

What needs to happen is they need to play young players exclusively. That might add up to more losses this game but many more wins in the future!

Piersall’s value, given the status of the WRs, is the stutter and go. Lot of CBs going to bite and as Purdy gets comfortable with him, he’s going to throw a dot.
