Hello Dear Teri, I just wanted to share an observation. I sat in your meditation today, and was a little fidgety, adjusting my position, recentering, and slowly allowing prayers ect..Then I went back to sleep for an hour, upon awakening feeling well and rested, realizing the good I had done for myself, and experiemce gratitide for the waves of peaceful settling from our meditation. This is all to say that the effects meditation are not always immediate, they sometimes come in gentle waves thru the day. Appreciate you and our community so much. Love, Amanda Carol
