Please do Seele, Serval and Asta whenever you feel like doing it. I think they're one of the most underrated characters to be liked personality and gameplay wise (especially Serval, like damn she's a rare one). Interesting how you end this with “their will still lives on” It made me think about the concept of a physical will, the legal document which decides and states how one’s possessions and assets will be allocated postmortem, effectively holding and being a conduit of our immaterial will beyond our capacity to exert it. We may have passed but our will, quite literally and figuratively, does live on. Really brings quite a neat spiritual meaning to the whole thing, love that.

Btw, this is the first time I see someone mention the way Sunday's whole worldview is directly critical of the whole illusion of meritocracy ("a world where there is survival of the fittest and the weak are exploited by the strong" as he puts it) that is a core value of the modern capitalist ethos. One of my first and reoccurring thoughts while listening to his monologues in the game was just "Omg this character is SUCH a coded communist." / "He's so fundamentally anticapitalist they're not even trying to veil it." I think that it is also extremely interesting how the whole religious trauma instilled in him by Gopher Wood, to convince him that the Harmony isn’t capable of creating the just paradise he seeks, ties into how he goes about pursuing that outcome- that is, how he also starts to believe that the solution to the imbalance of power between "the strong" and "the weak/exploited" is actually to take away the agency of the weak so that he can bear the weight of responsibility over them, instead of attempting to somehow potencialize their own power so that they can also face the challenges of life, just as the "inherently strong" manage to do, so that they can also pass the "natural/societal selection". I think that this speaks so much about how he grew up and developped his worldview. For reference- how hopeless in life do you have to make a child feel so that they start viewing freedom and agency as inherently bad things that inevitably lead to suffering and pain??? This reminds me of the scenarios we see between Gopher Wood and younger Sunday that he shows us, when all the choices we make (in place of the ones he had to make at different points in his life) invariably lead to bad outcomes. Gopher Wood, when speaking to Sunday, actively frames those situations as both Robin and the little Charmony Dove making choices and attempting to try things on their own, (to fly and to travel the galaxy bringing harmony and help to the people), only to end up severely hurt or dead, as they were just not "strong" or abled enough to be in a position of deciding what they should do.
