The LED strips on these models are prone to failure. If the board does not fix the problem with your TV, it is likely that you have defective LED strips. Power supply and LED strips failures cause similar symptoms in these models. Bad backlights will ruin the LED controller area, so you will see 326+-V but no the neg. output from the LED controller.

What you do is put 4 wheels on that extra battery packet, put the phone on top of extra battery so you can take it with you. Then hook up alternators to each of the wheels. That way when you start to run out of power you can just drive around and recharge your power. Forever. Might put a few solar panels on there also to get the rest of the power you need

you just bypassing the power supply controller IC....not safe....I can see a bad LED at the center of the strips 8:31 and controller is doing its job to shutdown the 422v Dc to the leds by cutting the ground. Just replace that led and floating voltage will show up.
