Why this option needs to be coded? They should have done it already on their end just create a checkbox inside the shape layer or content if we want to this option or not.

Just another example of how incredible stupid the features are in AE. 2024 and you still can't adjust a mask roundness after its been created.

This tutorial has started not from the beginning because you have not shown how did you create the composition with the background.

Thanks for the video. I realised that if you are setting your stroke to 0 before making the changes the slider will match the stroke value. this is such an great technique and the aplications are endless. Thanks for sharing!

No scrolling just increases or decreases the zoom amount. This is crazy. Why does Adobe do it this way it's like they make things as difficult as possible.

Thanks for the nice tutorial, it works perfectly. How would you go about doing this with a null object? so parenting all the layers to one null object so you dont have to write the expression on each layer. Hope this makes sense

Great tutorial! How would the expressions be if I only want the width of the box to adjust with the text, but not the height? The reason is I'm creating a template for lower thirds, and I don't want the height of the box to change when there are letters that go lower, like g, j, etc. I basically want the height of the box to stay constant.
