There are thousands of Professionals from South Asia with 10-15 years exp who are settled in western countries and would love to move to UAE but the problems are 1) Difficult to get a job at par with the western salary and benefits as you are competing with people from South Asia 2) both husband and wife may not get high level jobs as in west..On the flip side they offer both western exp and even sometimes qualifications + languages that are spoken in Mid east like Hindi / Urdu . so for this group UAE is an attractive destination but hard to achieve

What is your source of income though? and I bet you wil not give up EU citizenship so if you area Nomad Young business sperson then sure for few years UAE is great because your business is not dependent upon UAE. am I correct?

Dubai Marina feels insanely claustrophobic because there's nothing but narrow promenades and streets. It feels like there is not one wide open space, the beach is tiny and overcrowded, and the traffic is unbearable. I love to visit the marina every now and then but I would hate to live there. When I think of other luxury waterfront areas around the world I think of beautiful wide open tree lined promenades 4 times the width of marina's with tons of shade, lots of grassed sitting areas, massive indoor areas along the promenade full of luxury shops, casinos, Michelin star restaurants, evening water shows, people wearing suits dressed up for the occasion, breathtaking driveway valet entrances, and massive conference/exhibition centers, but I see none of that in marina. There is nothing in marina but average quality residential towers all squashed as closely together as possible. it's actually grimey not luxurious. It is a development built by a master developer in order to sell as many plots and apartments as possible, not a community planned by a government for the people, and that's exactly how it feels. It's a great place to visit once a month but horrible to live there. Dubai Marina is literally built on a beach but it makes you feel like you miss nature, that alone tells you how poorly planned the area is.

This guy is a internet scammer who like all criminals go to Dubai and do what they do using YT as a front for their new celebrity lifestyle and claim they will never go home well most likely are in prison now 🤣🤣 after watching 2 videos on Dubai then looking at his videos on his channel his 40K business failed and has not made a video in 6 months 🤣🤣

In my opinion you could have the same cost of living in Dubai if you done your research well, yes you won't live in Marina or those places but that's the mistake many make going to dubai. Why not saving these rental costs and see your rent below 100.000 dirham per year instead of 146.000. Build your business in a steady way and when you start to hit success and revenue you can invest more in a bigger apartment in a better place in Dubai. Howveer, since you moved to Romania for the cost of living, that's completely fine from an entrepreneurial stand point of view. Huzzle mindset, keep cost low for a better future. But instead just be up front with it with your videos :)

Good point, now imagine meeting a person that knew this information 15 years before you, how hard it is for them to network with someone with your mindset that just found out :) Thats the hard thing about consiouss development and meeting people, doesnt need to be a bad thing

I moved here from Italy, pro: no taxes, lots of sunshine, lots of entertainment options, very safe, well connected airport, modern city. Cons: lack of green spaces, unbearably hot from May to September, car culture/not very walkable (unless you live in Marina/JBR), mediocre dating life if you want to date girls from your own culture (Europeans). Btw yes, I'm also tired about the woke cult in Europe...thanks God none of that in Dubai

Hi, definitely romania is way better than dubai when we talk about costs (food, rent ...) but the taxes are the same as in the rest of EU (not that good compared to dubai) hope u will enjoy staying in our country
