I keep seeing videos using the single sided belt that routs correctly. I don't think the routing that both and you have resolved to do... the only way it seems it can be done is going to give us enough tension...

I have a February 2011 6.7 with the double-sided belt. This video was very informative. I used an 18" long 1/2" breaker bar with a 3/8" adapter to move tensioner from the top. Disconnect the wire to the fan sensor at the joint located several inches back from the fan, not at the fan. Depress the plastic tab and the wire disconnects quite easily. Secondly, remove the bracket holding the sensor using a 13mm socket - that bolt is about 6" long when removed. Takes some patience to fish the belt back on.
Good video, my cooler hose is leaking from the lower rad connection. Any tips for me on that job?

What is the name for the first piece of pipe that bolts to the manifold and then wraps around the transmission? What I mean is what is the name or part number for the section of pipe that you cut off and is not seen in the video? On my truck, the other end bolts into that section of the cat converters.
Is the pipe on the back leaking oil or gases?

It was leaking. But it was good afte I replace it with the new one.

Did it leak without the stud
I just bought the OEM but had to flush the coolant a few times to get settlement out changed oil pan also
Did you change both oil pans
And if so how did you get the one so close to the chassis Off
