How do you get the motivation to go out there and hit balls day after day. I love golf but I often find myself not that motivated. Do you have any tips on how to stay motivated and to stick with golf even when you are “out of your swing” for weeks on end?

Lady you have to spin the ball with the golf club. I can explain it way better if I make a video. Your body position is just so you don’t injure yourself, and so you get a good follow through.

Cailyn, You have been hitting the ground a lot before you actually hit your ball. This can cause you to be very erratic with your shots. I confess, I am not really sure you are doing this. However, pros general say hit through the ball. Effectively this means you should be aiming for the front edge of the ball when you address the ball. That way you are much less likely to hit the ground before you hit the ball. You will instead hit through the ball virtually all the time. I still think you have a problem with bending over from the waist too far. That way if you change the amount you bend just a little bit, it will change greatly how close your clubhead gets to the ground. In this picture you are more upright; but in most of your recent picture in GGG videos you are much more bent over at the waist.

This was very useful tks. I've started playing speed golf when I practice. Warm up. Speed Golf. Normal pace. It tricks my brain into feeling calm at a normal pace.
