Man, he's the kinda guy I could spend some time hanging out with... very knowledgeable, yet unpretentious, with just a hint of malted barley.
Two questions: 1) What is taint, as it applies to cork? and 2) How is Folger's invention of decaffeination relevant to cork and taint? (I may have missed these details in your video.)
