This is an LP to digital transfer. I was fortunate to find this LP at "Record Surplus" in West Los Angeles. I had never seen nor heard this LP. When I previewed it at the store, I was surprised with the clarity of the recording and the low amount of surface noise. The information for this LP is as follows: 1980 Caliope CAL 1613, recorded in 1979. All of the album information is in French.
I prepared the LP for transfer by washing it with mild dish washing liquid and water. I also used "wood glue" on each side prior to recording. I believe this gave me a very low-noise transfer.
