buddy working upper layers with one 110mm hose .Me was taking a break.Later i will dregde down to the clay with the 200mm .Only Left side of dredge getting muddy.
Blacksands

Amount of blacksands ,made up mostly by magnetite, after slightly more then half cubicmeter material processed .
Hose priming
Просмотров 5798 лет назад
With a little prep hosepriming is not a PITA. Build a little dam so inlet is under water but at a higher point then outlet and avoid dips in the hosepath to outlet. Bend outlet end upwards so air can not enter..
De cuanto es 200mm??
si
R.i.p😢
Bisch scho reich cheffe oder war gibts nichts Neues?? Liebste Grüße patricium fa.gojAg
I like the looks of that sluice box
Awesome setup! You guys were having a lot of fun. Can I ask please what diameter was the pipe and how long?
I'm working on setting a 2' up. Not much drop in river I expect to work but yours doesn't appear to have much either. Thanks for vid
you can help with a little rockdam to increase suction, cheers
Just how much drop do you suspect ill need? I have an area with very little drop would I need 100+ft ?
In your "river" video on your channel there's a nice set of waterfalls at 00.40min. Take 40 to 50 feet of hose, place the suction end above the waterfall and give it a try. The shorter the hose, the less drop you need.
@@navagatingthroughthebeasts2908 you have to test,i'm not in the U.S. Forget raking. Give it a try at the waterfall in your vid for practice. Flat rivers don't work eccept you can dam up the river 4feet,but then you need oxygen to be able to dive cheers
@@giorgiotortellini8845 thank you
@@navagatingthroughthebeasts2908 your welcome
Wow awesome look like your moving a lot of material with that big hose. How did you prime it? Are you capping the bottom and filling from the nozzle?
I had a lid but nowadays if i had to build a dam i would just build it on top of the hose ,so the waterpressure will prime the hose with no capping needed. If i work without a dam because the natural river features provide enough drop,i lay out the hose with as few dips as possible,so the hose fills with water as much as possible. Then i lift the hose where remaining air sits and walk downriver lifting the hose. The air bubble will follow you ,while the inlet of hose upstream is under water and sucks in water. I escort the air to the outlet so to speak. Backbreaking. If you have plenty of drop, the hose will prime itself(avoid dips)
Is setup up any hard? I’m really trying to get a gravity setup going.
if you have enough drop it,s easy
@@giorgiotortellini8845 do you just use one big suction hose or do you use other gravity lines that feeds into the power jet?
@@prospectorjake933 only suction hose. Set up is easy with drop- Your biggest concern today are the anti-humanists-enviro nazis that want to take away nature and it,s fruits to the common people.
Very good. I wait the next video
Au-some set up man , heavy pans ehh
in which area take me please I'm glad I'm from Indonesia
waw mantappp
Gravity enhanced sluicing. I love it!
:)
;-)
I like gold, spaghetti, tortellini and porcini :) :) Cheers from a swiss gold prospector! Cool videos and cool setup with your gravity dredge!
Thanks Schwendi. A good Fondue is not bad either.;-) Cheers
Nice looking chunk the gravel and bedrock looked really good.
Yeah,it turned out to be a hot spot. 3feet left or right from the paystreak there was nothing to be found. Good luck on the beautiful yuba jake, cheers from europe
I like spaghetti.... i like gold.... cheers!!!🍺
cheers wiz:)
Nice what size hose n how much drop? That had some good flow good job....so when you hold the end it takes out air bubbles i presume? Those where 3 questions sorry. Just dig the setup.
that was a 4 inch hose with maybe 2 feet of drop.Holding up the hose helps get the bubbles out.It enough drop if the hose is short because you don,t loose much force due to friction. But if you have to dig deep you will need more drop because the material has to go uphill inside the hose
senin teşkilat güzelmiş
Jeeze, that's a lot of water!
nice!!
proably the best gravity dredge I have seen in a long time
Thanks Mr.Rusaw. Unfortunately my dredgebuddy had a deadly heartattack last year in february At age 45 only. Nontheless i made the decision to go at it in summer with my little 4 inch. The River acces is beeing shut down for motorized vehicles by environazi U.N agenda inspired road management. Then uniformed environazis showed up. They tryed to tell me my hose was illegal but i could proove them wrong. Which did,nt help much because they started pulling out other tricks of an not to do list ,impossible to comply with. Despite this beeing the most ecological way of mining existing ,under the new world order, there is no place enymore in europe for free, independent interaction with nature. You might have seen the best era of humanity, while the present and next generations are pushed in to a green ,digital future ,a life of urban concentration, disenfranchisement, expropiation and total electronic surveillance. I might have to migrate one day if i want to do this unharassed, but the spots on this world untouched by these powers are getting less by the day. Cheers from the 4.Reich
Right on
Does it work? How much hose are you using? Amount of drop? Find any gold or heavies?
shure,if you have enough drop.I use 20to 60 feet of hose depending on location. 4 to 5 feet of drop dependin on hose lenght. For gold watch the vid "medalietta " on this channel
Excelent take... I'd use a safety pan and a magnet to make it easier tho
Hi , liking the vids, what sort of hose do you use? tigerflex?
on my 8 inch dredge it's polyurethane hose with pvc coil. It's used as flexible end piece (following the heavy stiff SBR rubber hose) on suction excavators in road construction for example.ruclips.net/video/swJZSXMR6s0/видео.html It,s more lightweight than pvc hose. But my sampling hose in this vid is cheap pvc hose that lasts a few weeks Cheers
Sure would be nice if you explained a little bit about the set up
shure At the outlet a half inch wire mesh over 45 degree hungarians over ribbed rubber. then a open riffel section for coarse gold,30 and 45 degree hungarians with different heights ,partly over expanded ,over moss over ribbed rubber, partly over only moss and ribbed rubber. Then a fine gold section covered by a ramp classifier with fifth of an inch openings and then half inch openings over expanded over ribbed rubber. BTW i dreamed up the ramp classifier in 2012 . After the expanded some half inch high hungarians and then again 2 different expanded metals over moss and ribbed rubber covered by a 1 inch openings screen. You can see the set up in the vid "medalietta" on my channel
Thanks much, that made it much easier to understand. Being a newbie sometimes its not so obvious
Your welcome I messed up the screen openings sizes.,last screen has half inch openings and before that third of a inch
Sure would be nice if you explained what and how your doing it
Hi skeets I,m cleaning up the river sediments from all the heavy metals, gold included. No motors or mechanized equipment involved. I use the drop of the river to create a syphon, the gravel then goes to the box where the heaviyest material settle down in the mats and the lighter gravel and sand goes back to the river. Since agenda 21 was signed by over 190 countries in the 90ties,the antihumanist extremists have got the tools to legislate us out of nature,so this system is all i,m left with and i have to consider myself a fortunate cause in other places they start to forbidd even shovels ,try to create zones in the woods where it isn,t even allowed(for humans) to walk next to the gravel road etc.etc. cheers
I hear ya, THE STATE OF CALAFORNACATIONSTAN sure is the home of fruits and nuts,! The sad part is these same people are spreading their rabid politics and ideas to other parts of this once great nation
@@spaghettigold7143 burn it all down, to build back better, lol...outside the box will survive...no one left to enforce rules soon...
With that length of hose are you able to dredge? I've seen where people use 100ft or more. I'm assuming it depends on the drop not the length of hose
What country is this? That's a good cleanup!
I believe they are Italian, I have a feeling there in new zealand?
Hello Massim. how many grams you made near the boulder?
How much?
Iin this spot we had around half gram per cubicmeter and worked around 2cubicmeters a day,so a typical cleanup of around a gram a day
Neat, close to the grade I see here in WY.
I like that punch plate section!... Consider a damper tho, I made mine for my proline river sluice about that size out of a coat hanger that had a thick galvanized wire with clips... I just took the clips and wire, bent the wire twice so the clips lined up with the sides of the sluice (throwing out the plastic section of the hanger) and sewed on a flap of old thick rubberised cloth from some busted hip boots... It smooths the water for the perfect laminar flow.
I'm going to try to make a CHEAP 4" out of corrugated black pipe and a 5' proline river sluice... place near me here with over a gram per yard but its 4x4 then hike to get there.
how man feet of drop do you have in this video ?
bill Root Hi Bill, around 3 feet on 26 feet of hose.It would not have hurted to have a feet more ,for suction but on the other hand i had a good fine gold recovery.
I have yet to make a siphon dredge but my research for it indicates 4-5' is where ppl say you start getting a good flow.
