Heat transfer from contact and the cooler just releases it with case fans if there’s airflow

@@lucadesantis7520 I digged a bit more and the are different kinds of stickers - some of them are made ouf of a paper and can be removed, some other have a purpose of cooling (metal/heat sink) and there are not to be removed.

@@eido4090 that depends on what is the sticker made of. But actually I would remove it if I surely had much better thermal paste.
