in this video I blast out a almost inch deep hole in a sold metal plate using roughly 25 grams of a 50/50 mix containing etn & ammonium nitrate, the charge was melt cast using nitromethane, the 1&1/4 inch plastic cone was coated on the side facing the target with Eckhart aluminum flake & epoxy

I hope you see this and can respond. Question. So if I made a blasting cap that had pretty much thermite inside it. Will the fuse be able to ignite the thermite thus igniting what’s surrounding the thermite basting cap (AN + Aluminium power mixture in this case). Or will the fuse not ignite the thermite blasting cap? Would I need to use something else and actually have a priming explosive/secondary inside the blasting cap. Would be cool if just thermite would worked.
well, u can use flash powder in the fuse and a booster with An+ aluminum Power It may be able to set off ETN and TATP

If you add 0.5gram of cement glue and 0.5gram of motor oil into 9gram of hmdt everything is solve since the hmdt temperature is taken down by the oil and glue no need to worry about,but still a direct heat can still make the hmdt detonate.im not expert at this but if u make hmdt in first time you can easily get a high yield.not like petn,rdx or etn.

When you mix the two ingredients of tannerite together you are technically and legally manufacturing explosives, but it is legal if you don't sell, transport, store, or use it for commercial purposes, or make a destructive device (IED) with it. So if he sets some off in his yard in a safe manner it's not illegal. And it's only a waste of time and resources if he doesn't enjoy it, which he seems to. People spend money on their hobbies. Hell some people go out and spend hundreds of dollars at the bar and get nothing for it except making a fool of themselves and maybe even a DUI or a car wreck and maybe even dead. At least this is a good skill to have.

Hello, is there any way of getting a tutorial or some tips on how to plasticize it?
Not rocket science friend. There is so many things you can use. I have plasticized using Styrofoam I melted down tiny amounts of nitromethane. Polybutene (bird repellent) stuff works the best. Mouse trap glue as seen herein works good as well with some oil. The basics of it is melting down plastic/rubber with a strong fuel. Methanol is one of the top used fuels to do this. Once you have a glue consistency and it pours like warm honey you are set. So, you will take methanol and add it to a plastic rubber. Take it and pour out approximately 6-8 oz at a time and warm up with hair dryer or heat gun by itself. Once you have your booger rolled up weigh it out and find out how many oz you need to equal .5 gram. Once you have that figured out you can add .5 gram oil / wax. Bar and chain oil is very popular for this. Always test your mix before using. So take whatever binder you are using and heat it and weigh it on scale to equal .5 grams. So if you end up knowing that 6.2 ml of your solution when dried out into your .5 g of binder, you know that math so you can scale up. So you can double your recipe and use 12.4 ml of your mix with .5 g x 2 = 1 g of oil right? So you want to plasticize 10 g of whatever it is from ETN, NHN, PETN, RDX, HMTD etc. So you would take say 6 g of PETN and 2 g of ETN and add mix it with 1 g of your mix which is .5 g of binder (that was 6.2 ml before drying) and .5 g of oil and everything together will equal 10 g. Whatever you use to plasticize that is rubbery and flammable is basically good LOL. Not even joking. If it burns and is sticky / rubbery it works.
