Basement undeveloped but has lots of potential. Current owners were thinking of putting another restaurant or bar down there but never got around to it. This space has tons of potential.

I live in the area. I think it’s similar to any major city when you live within a close proximity to the downtown core. You just have to remember to lock your car doors.
