I want to add a few fun facts 1. Mong Kok East was called Yaumati station from 1910-1966 and Mong Kok from 1966-2007. However the station code for Mong Kok East still uses the old MKK(Mong Kok KCR) code 2. Tai Po Kau station was used to be called Tai Po and not Tai Po Market 3. Tai Wai station was nicknamed the wooden station due to it was temporarily made out of wood. 4. There was a branch line between Tai Wo and Fanling from 1950 to 1983 to service the Wo Hop Shek Cemetery 5. Hung Leng station’s main building on the Sha Tau Kok branch line is still standing after closing in 1928. That’s all I have. Thanks

btw, just a quick reminder for the british rail fans, no, it's not controlled by British Railway, it's independent from it, even for national rail!

The Metro Cammell Electric Multiple Unit AC KCR train has been completely scrapped, defiled, piled up, dismembered, dismantled, destroyed, demolished and damaged beyond repair after they cut up 24 trains at Lo Wu in half, and 4 trains into 4 easily manageable sections, and the last MLR (E112/E71) has been permanently disabled with 6 carriages scrapped in the depot!

Isnt N241 the longest bus route in Hong Kong? N241 has roughly 56 stations from Tsing Yi (Cheung Wang Estate, i hope i typed that correctly) to Hung Hom. The bus route im saying in this comment only works at night btw I would understand that this is the longest bus route for LWB though
