A very guitar driven song by Big Wreck out of new album "Ghosts" I only played the guitar part without the way effect as it's quite difficult to switch on and off without having a swell like the recording. Gears used Vintage Marshall JCM 800 Gibson Les Paul standard '96 Rio Grande pickups Marshall 4x12 cabinet with Vintage 30s FUJIFILM Finepix F600 EXR

First single from Big Wreck's album "Ghosts". It's got a cool 70s vibe with a modern twist and I just had to learn the blues! As always I used JCM800(vintage), Xotic SP Compressor and Roger Mayer Voodoo-1 pedal, that's it. 4x12 cabinet is loaded with Celestion Vintage 30s, NO microphone in front of it. My strat has Dave Leddin hand wound pickups on.

It's been a while since the last video I uploaded but I am back! I did this song after doing low tuning BLS songs. There is no guitar solos but I think there are lots of cool and creative riffs in this song. It seems that people play the mid part as triplets, but I think it's 16th or 32nd notes (depends on how you divide the tempo). It has become a challenge for me to record these with just JCM...

I was lucky enough to catch a "Pride & Glory" show at the Greek Theater in Hollywood back in the nineties when this album came out. I was 3rd row center and they kicked ass! They tried to tell Zakk he was out of time and he jumped off the stage and started walking across the seats just wailing. He was two seats over from me while I was yelling and screaming watching him shred. Funny story about Brian at that show since you mentioned him. He tried to throw his head back and spit backwards over his head while playing and, he hung a nice big loogy off the end of his nose. Hilarious but, he never missed a beat while trying to wipe it off. What a great show.

A silver sticker sheet and used circular compass to trace it, cut them out and clear coat of lacquer… I am actually thinking of putting an acrylic mirror soon…

Ya know what's awesome about this? The audio is 90% you and the backing track is barely audible. Unlike most guitar covers where the person plays the song super loud and you can barely hear them playing. I wish more were like this.
