Can we have a scenario say, a phase can have 5 processes, and each phase has documents and each corresponding process under each phase has it's documents. Therefore when a phase is selected document for that phase is displayed, and also if a process for that phase is selected, a different corresponding documents to the phase and project is displayed?

Hey Daniel great video Thanks, have a question when you create a new channel in Teams they appear in SharePoint as folders but when you create a new folder in SharePoint at the documents root level they don't seem to appear in Teams as channel or as anything else. any idea?

When click over "save page as template" it throws an "OOpss" error. Do you how to debug or how can fix this? Thanks in advance.

Great content and to the point and gets the job to set up a hub or home page strucutre.

Going at lightning speed through a whole series create functions. Jumping from Document Set to Document, to Document View, to Site Columns and back and forth multiple times. Got completely lost and gave up close to the end of this video. At no point do you explain what these document sets can be used for. Extremely valuable information that should be given before you demonstrate the "how to". What is the practical application of document sets? What are the benefits? Are there any drawbacks? Start with a use case and build your demo on that. What are content types and if you have explained these in a previous video then refer to it so ,viewers can find out how these work as well. Etc. etc. However, the most important function; how/where to activate this Document Set feature on the site collection level is not demonstrated!?!?!?

I can create a document set with documents inside it, but I ma also looking for some default values populated in other Columns along with the documents...is there a way?

This was great! I’m confused, I need to allow policy owners to go to the “site pages library” (vice going to the homepage) and select “new”, select ‘Policy’ and the new policy template display. When I tried, I get a basic template and not the policy template that I created with these instructions. When I checked the content type, template, it shows /_layouts/15/CreatSitePage.aspx and not the template that I created. When I replaced the OOTB url with the path to my Policy template, then back to ‘site pages’; ‘New’; ‘Policy’; it takes me to the Policy template- to edit the template (save template) and not to create a new page based on the template. How can I change this?

The issue is these type of PPT may be good for info used in school and uni. While for Analysis and Budgeting or Project management in a corporate world its not useful as we have to generate max 2-3 pages with analysis and multiple tables on each page
