Thank you for the uplifting awareness of my situation I'm someone who does massage and I've helped a lot of people since I was 19. While my skills have always been above my peers where I live bc of my dedication, knowledge and experience, I've always treated the bodyworkers around me with kindness and as equals. After finding myself in a very abusive relationship, it was too late Before I realized he was ready to kill me and I needed help. Apparently the most dangerous time for victims of domestic violence are when they're pregnant or trying to leave. I was both. I went to my "friends" for help and I learned the hard way they all had major jealousy toward me that would make them kick me while I was down. Anytime I genuinely needed help, their predatory instincts would show more and more. I had become homeless from some convincing me I needed to move in to their house and get rid of my apartment to hide from him, only to have them kick me out bc their ptsd got triggered by the thought of him knowing where I was staying. They kicked me out and abandoned me. Countless situations like that where I needed help, only to get more broken down and abandoned Throughout raising a 2 year old and having a newborn alone, I had 2 herpes infections that had started thriving. One got into my spine and the other was effecting my head - both causing brain inflammation. It went undiagnosed for 4 years and was on the way to paralyzing me - bc the doctors wanted to write it off as anxiety, ptsd and postpartum depression. My kids dad probably gave me the infection and both kids were displaying the same neurological patterns and effects I managed to escape an abuser, drop all my fake friends, heal most of the damage the viruses did to my nervous system, reopen and reestablish my massage business, recreate a safe, happy and secure home for my kids - all while seriously minimizing any ill effects on two beautiful little girls Literally an absolute nightmare to realize I was gaslighting myself for so long, telling myself it was all in my head and those "friends" didn't have hate toward me. The sick joke is in the end it was alllllllllllll in my head. So much inflammation that sound was painful, I was acting like I had traumatic brain injury, and light touch was extremely painful - all creating mental agony that made me vulnerable to the hateful psychic imprints of the fake friends around me. I only started to heal when I realized they're such bad friends, they couldnt bother to bring me a simple cup of water to keep me from dying. They'd rather me die alone in pain then put down their jealously. It is sick what people will do to people when they're vulnerable and down when nobody is looking. So, thank you for the message.
