Subnautica. The creature in the video is a mod that I downloaded on PC called Return of the Ancients. So it’s not actually in the base game

You have to join their discord and go to the mod news tab once you’ve joined. They’ll have instructions, it’s honestly easier to not use vortex in my opinion, since the instructions will have you download a mod manager in game. Absolutely. I like just seeing the creatures lore accurate size and design, but it’s not practical. Plus, it wouldn’t really change anything gameplay wise. Imo, just a cool little mod to look at in that regard. I think the mod itself does add some content or gameplay additions, but I was only curious what it looked like while I was playing

Oddly enough with deep-sea gigantism (a real phenomenon where the deeper you go the larger the fish) it is more likely to have larger leviathans living in the void especially considering it's the habitat of the adult ghost. That and iirc for sea creatures specifically, the larger you are the less you need to constantly eat (only needing to eat say once every week rather than a couple times a day) especially if you're a deep-sea/abyssal kind of creature. Of course the gargantuan wouldn't go out of its way to eat a person as the effort wouldn't be worth but at the same time if you're for some reason free swimming near a Garg you'd probably get casually eaten anyway due to its sheer size making it nigh impossible to avoid. Of course the garg is more than likely extinct or has a very specific habitat that hasn't been shown or mentioned in the subnautica universe yet. The Garg is cool as shit regardless and the modding team did wonders

The leviathan, actually. Unless they for some reason changed it, the Stasis Rifle does nothing to it, even at full charge

Correct. Return of the ancients is what the mod is called, very cool. Although there's more content than the Garg Leviathan, the Garg itself isn't a practical gameplay change since it's in the void. Or at least the one that's as big as the one in the video
