Oxygen For Sport: MUSCLE RECOVERY During 3 Consecutive 30K Days While Wearing a 30lb Pack
One of the biggest Game-Changers here is that OXYGEN FOR SPORT heals your body while you are in motion.
This video was filmed around 7am at an elevation of 12,900 feet. This was the morning after traveling 18.3 miles over 14 hours of continuous movement, including 2 mountain passes at 12k abd 13k+ and an average elevation of over 11k. And over 6k in vert climbed. I woke up at sea level the day before the 2 mountain passes. I am 55 years old. I was not a college athlete or a professional athlete. I get after it on weekends - and appropriately trained for this trek.
The fact that I was waking up each morning with completely Fresh Legs is not normal. No soreness or fatigue. I would go to bed...

Amidst a large pod of dolphins in the Channel off of Anacapa Island, this family stopped by as I slowed down. They played in front of the boat and seemed to show off for the camera. These encounters are always amazing. if you listen closely you can hear them communicating. The best whistle is at 2:43 or so.

This same pup came up day after day and ultimately would gnaw on the camera in a playful way - and then would go swim off and bite kelp and shake it and pull.

This is the first time the adult sea lions didn't try to scare me off. They kept circling me and letting the pups come out and play. 2 weeks ago it was only pups out swimming around. no adults. And for this dive the adults were very much there as parents and were guiding the pups. It is fascinating to observe the differences from week to week.

When an performer is telling the crowd to sing along, it doesn't mean scream as loud as you can so you drown out the performers mic. Idk I'm just saying if I pay to see a show, than Id hope Brenda & Gang would chill out with their off pitch yelling. This is one of the best songs he's written and the whole crowd yelling the words off pitch ruined it. Bummer!
