Jimmy died doing the best he could, giving hope to those who didn't know they were worthy of hope. He proved they were. Long live Saint Jimmy, the Jesus of Suburbia.

one think that bothered me about Tony Vincent's St. Jimmy is that he is a tenor. All of the Green Day songs were written for baritone Billie Joe Armstrong and don't sound right when they aren't belted like a baritone would.

Okay I love Billie Joe and Green Day but for the theatre I liked the other guy that played st Jimmy better. Don't take this the wrong way no one could sing it like Billie Joe, I just think that he broke character too much. I would still love him to play st Jimmy in the movie though.
