EASY RAW FOOD DIET FOR CATS | Feeding my Bengal and Savannah Cat Raw Chicken Recipe |DANIELA CARMELA

In this video I will be showing you what I find to be the easiest method to make raw food for your cats if you're just starting out.
Raw food diet has an 80/10/10 rule for cats
80% muscle meat, 10% bone, 10% liver
The supplements I'm using include bone, making the hardest part of the recipe the easiest. (Not sponsored, lol)
When you're feeding your cats raw, you can't just give them some chicken breast and call it a day.
It is CRUCIAL to give them a precise measurement of all necessary nutrients, or the diet will cause more harm than good.
I'll include the link for the supplements.

hi, i hope you still read this. i wanted to say THANK YOU for this idea. i built one with 4 henjes shelfs just these days and today was the cats first visit in the catio. it was pretty easy to do and also not too expensive, even if i painted the shelfs avocado-green... cause avocado-green exists (... and since they get wet by the rain). i dont know what exactly you mean by "4000$ cat" - breed or vet? but i got you. my two cats have a really long story with the vet when kittens (non breed. just adopted from shelter and loved a lot...) and there went all my savings, round about as much. they turned a year not long ago, now both are fine and happy with the catio. :)

It actually ended up not lasting up through the weather.. so it was about one year outside. I recommend treating the wood with something to protect it from the outdoor elements!

I would find posts like this enjoyable if women could dress in the right sized clothing instead of flaunting themselves like cheap pieces of meat. A lack of modesty and self respect is why some men don't respect women.

I'm going to do something similar with a space the size of that balcony but instead of that small thing, I'm going to cover the balcony with the wire fence so both of us can be in the same place and they have more space.

"if you don't have cats, why are you even watching this viedo?" uh....what? some people may be watching because they don't have a cat yet but want to create these cat things in advance for when the kitty arrives? why else would they watch it?

They havent discontinued the racks yet, so this is great! I have no heavy hand tools, so I’m glad this hack only requires a staple gun! 🙂 Personally, I’ll need a mosquito net wrapped around the chicken wire. But, what I’d love to know is how to secure this to the balcony!

Yes I used to feed my Savannah like this-I just find it so time consuming doing the prep and expensive in long run. Then I transitioned her to whole chicks - not only did her food budget go down by 40% but she loves it, complete dietary supplement in one product no prep-just defrost and feed.

Great job! I can't figure out how it's an outdoor catio. It looks like it's inside your house. Also, and this i a whole other topic, how do you choose plants? I swear my car got poisoned by one of my plants. She almost died. I'm too afraid to have ANY plants now. I love this idea. Thanks again.

sorry for the delayed response but my cats usually stay away from my plants but anytime you buy just do a quick google search with the name asking if its toxic for cats ... most are though :(

I love this! I'm trying to make a similar DIY catio for my cats. I live on the 7th floor of a high rise so want an enclsoure like this rather than cat proofing the balcony (don't want to take that risk). Is the catio pressed right against the door? Does it stay there or do you move it to be flush with the door each time you let the cats into it? :)

I am thinking about doing this right off the sliding glass door in the basement. I would want it to be butted right up against the screen and probably have a reinforced square cut into the screen so they can access the catio. As I would also want to access the patio when they are not in the catio, what about putting it on rollers that can lock in place.I know, it's a lot of work, but seems worth it.

When I made mine in years past …I used pet screening from Home Depot it came 4 x 7 it was black. I moved out 5 yrs after n the catio was still in great shape. It was 4x8 7’ high wall and attached to the side of 4:04 my mobile home. In Winter I covered the wall with thick clear plastic it kept it nice n warm and I was able to use two years before replacing. It had a slanted roof so rain would run off the front and around the bottom for security from raccoons I put 2’x8’ lattice n cut the second on in half. They came out the bedroom window and used it all the time, at that time using 2x3 for framing it cost $319.00.

I might put it sidewise so that the short side is against the door. Then, you can actually buy a cat door for your patio door for them (I used to have one, they work great).

Bit of a rude comment towards the wrong enemy. They never told anyone to go adopt not shop as well. You should instead be redirecting your frustration with the actual problem! The owners who don't spay and neuter their cats and let them roam around outdoors to breed. People buying bred cats aren't the reason for the large amounts of strays or shelter pets. The irresponsible owners letting their cats breed outside and not caring or doing anything about it are the problem. People abandoning their cats to the streets, dumpsters, shelters with no remorse or proper consideration beforehand are also the culprits. For personal preference reasons as well: You can encourage people to adopt, but many people look for specific things in pets and that's as valid as being open to getting a random shelter kitty. Certain breeds produce less of the enzymatic allergen, so people with allergies seek out responsible breeders who allow you to test your allergies with the litter ( I did this for a Siberian cat. I'm horribly allergic but love cats. 0 allergies with him and I didn't have to waste anyone/any Kitty's time. I tried calling and going to shelters but couldn't find any and it was taking up months of my life when I just wanted a companion to love). It's much better than taking multiple cats home from a shelter to "test them out" and keep surrendering them because it doesn't work out. I've seen this first hand and it's always so sad and the cats are not happy. Many personality traits are also (mostly) guaranteed with certain breeds, whereas a shelter will have to confirm those traits for you if they have the time to find out or if they have the previous history, which is often not included sadly. It's also worth mentioning that good responsible breeders keep these purebred lineages alive and if everyone were to adopt, many breeders just wouldn't exist. We'd have diminishing numbers of the very few cat breeds that exist. 90% of people getting cats adopt from shelters or find them anyways. It's such a miniscule amount that get purebreds, but unfortunately, a large amount adopt irresponsibly and irrationally. Just a side note.. I worked for many wellness centers and shelters while heavily medicated and suffering daily, and I really do support adopting first, but I would never shame someone for buying a good breed from a good breeder. I however DO NOT support the breeding of poorly bred cats with health problems, smooshed faces, etc for cosmetic purposes, that's a whole other conversation.. So is the whole topic of outdoors cats.
