Thanks for the memories for a old retired trucker. Still giggle every time I think of driver who forgot to dump their air bags and watch the truck bounce, in one case right into the hopper. How many time did we tell the kids to take their coffee with them before they raised the trailers. Or my person favorite watching a long semi;s steering tires hang over the edge as it went up only to see the king pin break sending the truck to the ground.

Do you think once you wrap it you could take like a sharp hole punch and very carefully make perforations in the wrap itself as to stop the blistering ? I mean it kind of defeats the purpose of wrapping it right but, inquiring minds want to know. haha Cool bit bro, much appreciated. ~Jonny5🥁

By far the BEST METHOD. I tried for almost 2 hour with the entire track bar off the truck to press a new bushing in on a 12 ton press. Could not for the life of me get the track bar bushing to center up and press in straight. Would always wonder off to one side since the track bar has little to no flat areas on it. Clamped the track bar in my vice. And used similar setup to yours with my impact and it pulled it straight through. THANK YOU GREATLY. I was out of ideas and about to buy a whole new trac bar with bushing already in it!

You can do it. Take the time to play on logs, small working your way up to bigger logs. Clutch control and loading the suspension are thing you'll start feeling as you practice. Thanks for watching, ps... I'm 48 years old, anyone can learn this

Got a 2021 w990 just remove half the dash to realis the noise came from the hood the sound was driving me crazy... ill try to grease the rubber hope its gonna fix it..

Hi Ernie ...sweet hitch. Is your checker running on the outside or inside tunnel....looks outside. What did you do to the reflectors on the tunnel or will the plate go right over top. And where did you get the 144 stickers?

May I share this video with the channel “ Fourth Over”? He just put together a beautiful 2022 W990 with a 1990 Peerless Long Log trailer. He went with Cummins X15 565, 18 speed. This video may help him.

That sucks completely!! These damn new emission engines! And these automatic transmission’s. They are causing all kinds of problems. Can we go back to the old days of mechanical Caterpillar and Cummins/Detroit engines please. They were much more reliable and you didn’t need a computer to work on them. Some even get better fuel mileage then these newer engines. 😡👎👎

Some companies in bc are switching to a new chip train style from tycrop, they remove the possum belly and stretch the boxes out to be the same volume but a flat floor for better cleanout. Makes them more versatile for hauling hog fuel and sawdust without cross contamination. They can be smooth inside with ribs outside or a smoothflow wall design only those are much heavier. Many companies are starting to switch over the tarps to electric for safety as well. There is a new style for b trains from valid manufacturing designed specifically for high loads and they are testing them on 53' trailers as well. Some companies use the ecargo 591-w with decent success 3 seasons of the year except winter and 90% of the quad axle chip trailers we have around here doing stateside are all electric tarps

Hey man I am trying to do the same thing… Is this the inverted fork style sensor? Also arnt the bolts for the disk a tapered head bolt snd the magnet bolt is not tapered… does that cause a problem at all?
