THIS BEEF IS BURNT OUT NOW LOL, Drake Heart Pt 6 Reaction
they jayz stuff is crazy… then again extremely predictable after all that other shit
I agree , it’s sad but we kinda knew
I think Chappell didn't want to end the album on a sad note, so that's why the fun and upbeat Guilty Pleasure is in the end after California
Lana's been sober since her teenage years!
that’s lovely. we love sobriety
he was wrong on like 99% of it but bless him 😭it's a bangin album and the feeling was there
😭😭 at least you know it was an authentic first reaction
You accent is cool haha

Thank you for the timestamps, I was gonna do it but some stuff happened n forgot lmaooo How come she chose Norman Rockwell in specific? Also I had to give you the shoutout, when I think of Lana I think of you LMAO
@NeptunesTunes that last statement has become a running theme for people watching these Lana reactions 🫣😅 I'm in alllll of them, supporting my lady 🤙 But Lana said when asked why the album title? She said something like "I was just thinking about the state of the country, and I was thinking "what would Norman Rockwell think of all of this" and I thought "Norman Fcking Rockwell!" ya know?" something like that. Because Rockwell is known for his depictions of America, so it's a very fitting title. And why waste your time even putting the time stamps when ya know we got you in the comments ?? Lol thanks for putting your time into these. Hoping you have the best holidays my guy, even if you feel like you're spending it "alone" pshhh nahhh surrounded by nothing but good vibes, buddy. 🤜🤛
@@NeptunesTunes Something about in Norman depictions, represent the imaginary of what the "America" is for people in many, and many years. And the Lana intentions for this album was to bring nostalgic of the old days America used to be, with the cinema, Rock'N'Roll, California, the glamour and how the culture was changing. Many people says that Lana predicted the end of the "old pop" within this album. It's nothing but an reminder of one of the great figures who helped shaped the 'American identity' in people souls with his paintings, and embrancing the 'American identity' always been a element in Lanas discography
please listen to paradise next🙏
Just saw you been saying this for a min LMAOOOO I gotchu

It’s next I promise, idk which album yet tho
shoutout to sad white girl music, gotta be my new favorite genre
Ya her eyes are real lmfao
This album is mostly about her ex Harry Styles specifically the songs out of the woods I know places clean new romantics probably
Why would you think that Swifties come up with slurs for people who don’t know the LORE of Taylor Swift?
Deffo hoping you do more Lana soon! Her newest album is a saaaad album an I know you like that sad music haha
I’m very sorry to hear about your bad experience with your ex. I hope she unblocks you because you seem like a great, chill guy who just wants to give and receive love. For breakup songs, please watch “Folklore: Long pond studio sessions”. Rappers may say they hate pop music, but I’ll bet you money that they listen to it in their own time. 😉You like diss? You’ve found a woman who we’ve called “Petty Taylor” because she does petty so well and classy. Taylor’s a great diss song artist. LOL. “thanK you aIMee” (KIM is capitalized..aka Kim Kardashian) and “Cassandra” is also about Kim. Both are diss songs. “Wildest Dreams” does, in fact, have Taylor’s actual heartbeat playing in the background. Go make a cup of tea and get a thick blanket to cozy up to. Taylor writes 85% of her own music. She calls herself “a songwriter who also sings”. She can do it all. Plays 8-10 instruments, writes, sings, directs, produces and has the vision for her concert and video concepts. It’s all in her head while she’s writing the songs. She’s always 10 steps ahead. People think she has tons of help but she does most of it by herself. If you buy her album and put it up, I’ll sign up to your discord and your socials. Keep em coming and so will we. #Swifties PS. We aren’t that hashtag that you showed in the beginning. If you really knew us or Taylor, we’re re actually accepting of everyone. “You need to calm down” music video shows that. She gave co-writing credits to Todrick Hall for bringing in the impersonators and the cast of Queer Eye. Taylor’s best friends with Ryan Reynolds and his wife and Ellen. Lots of cameos in that video. ❤
Flamingo pink was NOT a doffy reference😂
LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I love you for mentioning this
I know you are looking for breakup songs, but I feel like you'd really enjoy her Reputation album. It's just so damn good. Highly recommend. Different sound from 1989 and completely different from Folklore & Evermore.
Midnights for synth production and a dreamscape vibe. Very introspective lyrics (concept is that it’s written about 13 sleepless nights). The 3am addition has some great additional tracks including Bigger Than the Whole Sky which is one of her saddest songs; it’s rumored to be about a miscarriage, but not necessarily Taylor’s, perhaps about a friend’s. Folklore/evermore are heavy on lyrics and storytelling. Generally considered some of her best lyricism. Reputation is dark/rap/sarcastic/lovesick Taylor. Lover album is all about glitter gel pen love songs, but has some great standouts like False God (smooth jazz lounge vibes) and Death by a Thousand Cuts. The lyric videos are a good way to get the experience. They also both have great live version from SNL and Paris respectively. TTPD is a 31 song cathartic emotion dump. She goes after the media, her exes, her fans, her public image, Kim/Kanye. She wrote the whole thing while touring the Eras tour and was performing songs from all of her albums a few nights a week, so it has a vast sampling of her styles of music and some of her best lyric content, although its rich with lore. Red was her first album out of country, so it’s kind of a mix of country and pop elements. Most of the songs are about her relationship when she was 20 and he was 28. All Too Well (10 minute version) is considered the best song off the album and remains one of Taylor’s favorite and most popular songs. Really fantastic songwriting by any standard but especially for a 20-22yr old.
Taylor Swift’s 1989 not only revolutionized pop music sonically but also reshaped the cultural expectations around artistry in the genre, particularly the role of songwriting. Historically, pop music was dominated by performers who relied heavily on teams of songwriters and producers. Icons like Britney Spears and Madonna rarely wrote their own material, as the genre prioritized production and image over personal expression. However, with 1989, Swift made songwriting an essential element of her pop identity, proving that deeply personal, narrative-driven lyrics could thrive in a genre often criticized for being formulaic. Songs like “Blank Space” and “Out of the Woods” demonstrated her ability to merge introspection with infectious melodies, elevating the standard for authenticity in pop. This shift had a ripple effect on the industry. Today, artists like Beyoncé, Dua Lipa, and Ariana Grande-who previously did not emphasize their songwriting contributions-now actively market themselves as writers, reflecting a cultural shift sparked by Swift’s influence. More importantly, a new generation of artists, including Olivia Rodrigo, Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, Benson Boone, and Shawn Mendes, have openly credited Swift as their inspiration for writing their own music. Swift’s ability to merge storytelling with commercial appeal has created a template for pop success that values artistic ownership. By normalizing and celebrating the role of the songwriter in pop, Swift transformed not only her career but the expectations placed on pop stars as creators, making songwriting a cornerstone of credibility and artistry in modern pop music. Also moving forward I would really recommend you read Taylor swifts album prologue before actually reacting to the album. It gives you some base line and context to understand it better.
Also 47:23 listen to Taylor’s End Game feat. Future on the reputation album!
44:16 is her normal structure for music.. the bridges are often her most sought after parts of the songs because they can get really emotional. Listen to Red, Tortured Poets, and Speak Now.. the song writing is some of the best on those albums
she writes all her songs, sometimes with co-writers, which are more recently usually her producers, jack antonoff or aaron dessner, but her writing is what fans enjoys the most about her. it really shines in folklore/evermore. you should definitely check these out :)
You should’ve listened to Red, Red is THE breakup album 😭
Yes! If you want to cry Red is the album .
I'm gonna have to sit this one out, but I'll like it anyways, just for you! 😊 but I'm patiently waiting for your next Lana album reaction 👌
Next album reaction 🤞🏽
Hey yo, why hasn’t someone told him about her song with future yet lol
Lmaoooo I actually know about it, I’ve never heard it tho but I can only imagine swifties hate it
I really hope to see you react to all her albums. And yes she definitely writes all her music. Sometimes with cowriters for some but most of it is hers. ❤
Do RED!!! New subscriber
The 2014 version is better in quality/integrity but this one is cute. Didn't finish the video yet but I think anyone reacting to her for the first time should reference both versions in case their reaction is iffy. It looks like I'm saying a whole bunch of nothing but in short, lots of people prefer the 2014 version of this album. Take care and sorry for nagging!
That makes sense, I specifically chose this version because in my head “Taylor’s version” means fuck the label
Sub n allat twin.
The GOAT! Best artist ! Best rapper ! Best human in the industry dead or alive
@@RockLee-q1g couldn’t of glazed better 😭🙏🏽
@ 😂😂😂biggest Kdot glazer from France
I was gonna say if you want a sad album definitely not 1989 that’s probably her happiest album. I would say if you want sad go with either folklore, evermore or tortured poets department.
yeah, i realized this was the wrong album like 10 seconds in, i enjoyed it still
They think we're out there cheating but this is what we're doing 😂🫶
lmaooo type shit
God bless 😊
BRO REACT TO NORMAN FCKING ROCKWELL BY LANA🗣️🗣️🗣️
LMAOOOOOO i promise thats coming, i didnt wanna rush her discography
You should listen to Folklore and then Evermore. Not pop at all. They are just beautiful songs with amazing lyrics. After that, Midnights and then TTPD. But you have to listen to all her albums they are all great in their own way. Her first album was in 2006 and she was 16, it's a country album. Loved that you care about lyrics. Taylor is known first as a songwriter with great storytelling and poetic, clever lyrics. Enjoy the journey!
i will, thank you!
TTPD should really be the last if you plan on listening to her entire discography. Not because it's the latest, but because it'll really throw you off if you dont have a background of familiarity with the other 10...
i'll keep this in mind.
Great reaction! New subscriber 😊
thank you!
Do you still love her?
you can’t live with someone, a good human at that, for 2 years and not love them
Listen to back to December
Say your sabrina reaction and really liked it i would love to see more taylor reactions 💜💜
Thank you and I will 🤎
Hey wassup
I kept seeing you as bucky from the mcu 😭
That’s insane LMAOOOO
This is a pure pop party album, awesome but not good for sad energy. ❤ If you like slow and want synth, do Midnights. If you like slow and want acoustic indie, do Folklore/Evermore. If you like slow and want lowfi production w heavy emotional lyrics, do Tortured Poets Dept Great reaction!!! 👍
Oh poor baby you need to listen to ttpd after a break up or red if you kinda want her back lol
I’ll definitely get to them lol, depending on how I feel at that moment, will be which one I choose LMAO
No one has answered yet, but Out of the Woods is a song about anxiety in a relationship. :-) Her and Harry apparently were off and on. :-) Definitely for sad vibes, Folklore is the one. Sorry about your girlfriend but everything happens for a reason. :-)
Taylor lore go krazy, also it’s fine lol, I appreciate you acknowledging that tho 😭
Should've started with folklore, evermore or TTPD if it's the sad vibes.
Yeah I did a half ass job at researching, i chose what I knew but I was happy with it
Listen to exile
yes ma’am 🫡
