Dva predivna rolata - jedan sa bogatim nutela filom, a drugi sa nežnim kokosom. Ovo je slatka kombinacija koja se lako priprema, a izgleda kao iz poslastičarnice! Bilo da tražite desert za specijalnu priliku ili želite da obradujete svoje najmilije, ovi rolati donose savršeno izbalansiran ukus čokolade, kokosa i nutele. 📖✒ Recipe:Two Sweet Rolls: Nutella and Coconut 📌 Ingredients: - 2 wafer sheets - 500 ml whipping cream (Meggle recommended) - 500 g mascarpone cheese - 130 g shredded coconut (+ extra for decoration) - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional) - 200 g ground Plazma cookies - 3 heaping tablespoons of Nutella - 100 g dark cooking chocolate - 100 g white chocolate - 2 tablespoons oil - Chocolate sprinkles for decoration 🥄 Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese and whipping cream with a mixer until smooth. Divide the mixture into two portions. 2. Nutella Filling: To the first portion, add Nutella and ground Plazma cookies. Mix well until creamy. 3. Coconut Filling: To the second portion, add shredded coconut and powdered sugar (for those who like it sweeter). Stir until the texture is smooth and consistent. 4. Place the first wafer sheet on a clean, damp kitchen towel that’s been moistened and well-squeezed. Evenly spread the Nutella filling over the wafer, let it sit for a few minutes to soften, then carefully roll it up. Wrap the roll in plastic wrap. 5. Repeat with the second wafer sheet: place it on the damp towel, spread the coconut filling evenly, let it soften, roll it up, and wrap in plastic wrap. 6. Refrigerate both rolls for several hours, or ideally overnight, to allow them to set properly. 7. After chilling, remove the rolls from the fridge and take off the plastic wrap. Cut each roll into pieces of the desired size. 8. Melt the dark chocolate with 1 tablespoon of oil over a double boiler or in the microwave. Do the same with the white chocolate and the remaining tablespoon of oil. 9. Dip each piece of the Nutella roll in dark chocolate, then sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Dip each piece of the coconut roll in white chocolate and sprinkle with extra shredded coconut. 10. Return the roll pieces to the fridge to let the chocolate set. 📖✒ Recipe: Sarma with Smoked Ribs and Bacon - Cabbage Rolls 📌 Ingredients: -1- 2 heads of sauerkraut - 1 kg of ground pork - 500 g of smoked ribs - 100 g of smoked bacon, thinly sliced - 500 g of onions, finely chopped - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped - 2 carrots, grated - 100 g of rice - 2 eggs - 4 tablespoons of tomato paste - 2 teaspoons of ground sweet paprika - 1-1.5 teaspoons of smoked paprika - 2 bay leaves - 4 tablespoons of oil - Spices: pepper, basil, chives, and seasoning to taste 🥄 Preparation: 1. In a deep pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onions, grated carrots, garlic, and ground meat. Stir occasionally as you sauté. Once the meat changes color, add the seasoning, pepper, basil, chives, and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Continue cooking until the liquid evaporates and the meat is nicely browned. Set the filling aside to cool. 2. Meanwhile, cook the rice in salted water. When everything is nicely sautéed, remove from heat and let it cool. 3. When both the meat and rice are lukewarm, combine them and stir in the eggs to form a homogenous mixture. 4. Carefully remove the thick veins from each sauerkraut leaf to make them easier to roll. 5. To fill the leaves, place a spoonful of the mixture near the base of the leaf, fold the left and right sides toward the center, and roll the leaf from the base to the tip, forming neat rolls. Place the rolls on a plate until all are prepared. 6. In a large pot, layer the smoked ribs at the bottom, then alternate between layers of sarma rolls and slices of bacon. Pour in enough water to just cover the sarme. Add the bay leaf and cover the pot with a lid, leaving a small gap for steam to escape. 7. Cook on medium heat until it comes to a boil. Once boiling, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and seasoning to taste. Reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours. 8. Serve sarme with mashed potatoes. In one bowl, mix the wheat semolina, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt. 2. In another bowl, whisk the eggs with a mixer until fluffy, then add yogurt, olive oil, sour cream, and crumbled feta cheese. Briefly combine these ingredients. 3. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, mixing until you get a smooth batter. 4- Line a muffin tray with paper liners and fill each liner about 2/3 full with the batter. This mixture yields about 24 pieces. 5. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Test with a toothpick-if it comes out clean, the muffins are ready. 6- Once out of the oven, let the muffins cool at room temperature before serving. Optional Decoration: If you want to decorate the muffins for a special occasion, mix cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl. Drago mi je da planiraš da ih isprobaš! Mafini ostaju mekani i sočni, jedino čokolada, pošto je za kuvanje, zna da se stegne kad se ohladi. Od ove smese dobije se oko 20 komada, pa ako ti je to previše, lako možeš prepoloviti sastojke. Nadam se da će ti se svideti kad ih napraviš! 😊💜
📖✒ Recipe: Chocolate Muffins 📌 Ingredients: - 2 cups flour (measured with a 250 ml cup) - 2 cups sugar - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder - 2 teaspoons baking soda - 2 cups yogurt - ½ cup sunflower oil - 100 g dark chocolate, chopped into pieces 🥄 Preparation: 1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking soda. Stir until the mixture is evenly combined. 2. Add yogurt and oil, and gently stir until you get a smooth and homogenous batter. 3. Line your muffin tin with paper baking cups. 4- Fill the cups with the prepared batter, but leave a little space for the chocolate addition. 5. In each cup, place a piece of dark chocolate in the center of the batter. If needed, add a little more batter on top to completely cover the chocolate. 6. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes. Every oven is different, so check the muffins with a toothpick. Set aside 6 tablespoons of this mixture and mix it with the ajvar until fully combined. 2. Filling the wafers: - Place the first wafer sheet with the larger holes facing up. Spread it with the cream cheese and sour cream mixture, then evenly grate the egg whites over it. Hvala na pitanju! Što se tiče vinobrana i konzervansa, ne bih preporučila izmenu recepta jer su oni ključni za dugotrajnost zimnice u ovom slučaju. Ovaj recept koristim godinama i uvek sam ga pravila na ovaj način, bez izmena, jer omogućava bržu pripremu i garantuje da zimnica ostane sveža i sigurna za konzumaciju. Ako želite da izbegnete vinobran i konzervans, morate razmotriti metode sa pasterizacijom, ali to zahteva drugačiju tehniku. U tom slučaju je neophodna sterilizacija tegli i kuvanje na određenoj temperaturi kako bi se postigla potpuna sterilnost. Kao i kuvanje vode, sirćeta, šećera i soli kako bi se dobila odgovarajuća tečnost. Nakon toga, tečnost se mora ohladiti pre nego što se prelije preko zimnice. Zbog toga ne mogu garantovati za opstanak zimnice bez ovih sastojaka ako se ne primeni odgovarajuća tehnika.

In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt, then gradually incorporate into the yolk mixture until smooth. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites with a spatula. 6.
