Unfortunately, Evan was sick for a couple days this week, so Paul was alone in the store for the beginning of the week.

    am a bit confused. If you have a completed set, in the box...new....why part it out??? How can the sum of all the parts be worth more than a complete set?

    thanks for the amazing and useful video but..ladies and gentlemen can you help me? when you simulated to change colour of the brick in your inventory (from grey to green) why did you “manually” update the price? Since you already set the option in order to have the average 6 months price, should not the price update by itself? I am not a native speaker so I hope you understood what I mean..

    Recent bricklink seller here: I have somewhat of an odd problem and hoping someone can help with a solution. I want to part out sets I haven’t been able to sell, but I mainly sell sets and not pieces. I wanted to basically list the pieces on my bricklink and then later when I have time, sort them, or sort them when I get a buyer for some of the pieces. Is there a viable way of adding the set pieces to my store, and then come in later to reference them when I’m actually needing to sort/remark them? Or should I remark initially? Currently I part out the set. Dump them into storage bins and remark them, and then upload to BL(using brickstore) and they get posted. I basically want to upload them first, and then sort them all later. But any ideas I’ve come up with would just add a bunch more work.

  • @j.n.lavieren5586
    @j.n.lavieren5586 5 месяцев назад

    Would definitely not force order. Though when someone (new account or not) says schipping is too high, i tend to look at this as an opertunity to help the person and might knock off a, (for both sides agreeable), percentage of the schipping costs. U might loose some profit, but gain trust and a positive story for this person to tell around. Which is a big bonus for the store's name and reputation. ;-)

    Do you store New and Used parts in different sections in your storage area? Obviously you wouldn't want to accidentally consolidate a used lot into a new one, right?

  • @JediTim28

    Really good update. Do you see this as a profitable customer between the hours spent working, cost of parts and labor fees. Seems like you aren't earning much of a profit. Hope all is well. Haven't had an update in quite a while.
