Followed this exactly but my discounts aren’t the same. Example: lvl 1 cross train OL, under tactician, is 4pts not 3pts

My current online dynasty has a maximum pipeline of just 2 (not a single 3,4, or 5). Do you have any additional tips/tricks if you have bad pipelines, or do I just have to embrace the long term grind and wait to spend points on "program builder" in the spider graph?

6:26 you state the problem with your experiment about ten seconds after this time stamp. Planning visits as early as possible is absolutely NOT the method. Plan your visits to fall on the same week that the recruit narrows their top five down to top three and you will land that recruit 99% of the time. Run this video back using that method and I guarantee your results are different.

Thanks for putting in the work, your vids have helped me a ton. I was doing all kinds of stupid stuff like scouting in season and visits. All my dynasties are with 3 star or below schools so it’s a little more difficult but the same methods seem to be the way to go.

Recruiting is hot garbage. They made it way more difficulty for no discernable reason. I let the computer do the recruiting because its so jacked up.

Found a better way to get your perfect staff. You do have to find the appropriate coach you are looking for. But then make a new member in your dynasty with the head coach of that team. Then fire the coach you are wanting to hire. Then switch back to your God coach. And you can increase your odds of getting the specific coach you want.

I only use visits when in a tight battle along with stacking visits to get bonuses. All of my dynasties are with friends, and they can help you get back into a race or close the deal early. I only schedule them ethier the next week or 2 weeks out as you done get any bonuses for scheduling later like in 14.

Personally the visit’s that carry the most weight are off-season and it’s not very close especially after a winning season.

A huge major problem is that visits even cost hours. If I'm in week 3 and schedule a week 5 visit it shouldn't cost me hours immediately or at all to be honest. And the last college football game the top schools with schedule a visit and then it would be based off team performance whether they met the goals for that game and that's how it should be and it gave them a great boost to their total points. Visiting this game are just useless

I typically reserve visits for close recruiting battles/ones where I’m trailing.

If I have extra hours and I'm in a tight race, I'll use visits. Otherwise, I don't use them anymore.

Playing as Air Force where 2 tier pipeline is the highest, scheduling visits is the only way I can get a leg up against other schools with 4-5 tier pipeline. I only use it if a top tier school sneaks up in influence and I need just an extra boost

Had 10 5 stars one class, florida, wouldn’t have done it without visits, if you gave strategist visits are OP

I would have to agree with you. When I got The U back back rolling I never set visits. As soon as I had those 3 checks show up I hard sell and I always had either the best class or close to the best.

Having to max out at level 50 n then not gaining anymore points to upgrade is a abysmal feature in my opinion

I think 17 would be the ideal number to recruit if you could see their overall rating, dev trait, and skill caps before giving them a scholarship. But you can't. So I think 28 is the ideal number. But you end up cutting 14 of the recruits the following year. Redshirt the 14 you want to keep, and make note of the 14 you plan to cut next season so you remember who they are. This allows you to double up at every position you need. If you need 2 WR, then recruit 4. Then redshirt the 2 that have the best rating/dev trait/skill caps, and cut the other 2 next season. I think this method will maximize the number of 99 rated SR(RS) players on your team.

I max recruiter, tier 3 for motivator and max tactician. Then spend about 80 points on program builder for increasing the pipelines. Then you can go to any school and build them from the ground up Also, as a former D2 kicker, I fully support not spending the points on kickers/punters. I love getting it tho and having my 90 ovr kicker hitting 60 yard bombs on an absolute rope in 20 mph wind. Worth not spending the 30 points in recruiter and motivator tho, could def go elsewhere

I don’t buy into dogma. No visit or visit It’s very situational. And there are just too many variables to say one should never do it. Plus I play mainly online dynasty’s where users are just better at prioritizing getting the best players, freaks and generational talents. And every single advantage is needed. Re: no visit strat online: In an online dynasty I had a buddy on OU who did no visits. I had Texas and did visits. I won over 90% of our head to head battles for top recruits. Always signed 11-12 5* and the rest 4*. Class size of 25-27. Did I maybe miss out on a 4* possibly but in an online dynasty it’s more important to land the 6’6 WR with 95 speed and 97 jump or the speed rusher with platinum quick jump than it is to simply sign an extra 3 kids.

I feel visit are good when you’re not undefeated and you get a win against a decent opponent and the extra rep boost actually benefits you. If you’re winning every game, scheduling visit imo wouldn’t really benefit you and ofc if you’re losing every game don’t even bother. If you’re winning every game, hard selling should do the trick or send the house if the grades are bad and if you’re losing every game then do what you can.

Recruiting is complicated and to much with literally no guide or EA helping you whatsoever it destroys the fun of the game for me and I’m a franchise/dynasty player.

I think the university depends on how effective your visits are. When I was controlling Miami I landed pretty much every recruit I went after. I changed to UTSA to give myself more of a challenge and visits became less effective. Only after winning and getting upgrades in team facilities and coach prestige… the visits went back to being effective
