I have a zd3 and upgraded the op amps and added a low noise linear power supply. What i like about it is that it sounds great out of the box but with my upgrades can compete with $500 DACs.

As a longtime hifiI prefer no led, just glow of tubes. Perhaps you do a switch to turn on, off, blue, orange?

I absolutely hate the 5532s. I rip these things out whenever I have the chance. It 40 year old tech. No dynamics, sounds like bleached cardboard with high feedback. Only magnifies the glare and sterility of digital like screechy little insects. Once you hear it you can never un-hear it. Thanks Fosi for doing sockets.

Where can I connect my ground wire to fosi p3?

I have a bt10a, can iuse it to power passive Subs along with a powered sub on my Newer BT30D PRO? Bt10a has Aux in, bt30dpro has preout? All setup should run 1 left spk, 1 right spk, passive Sub out into bt10a Aux in to powered sub? Or will it only run one sub channel?

105w max @ 4ohm equates to what rms at 8 ohm?? 25watts? it is not listed in the paperwork in the box or on the website.

I replaced the LME49720 by OPA2134PA, Now it fits better for my hearing. The LME49720 sounded a little dull, the bass was fantastic. I left my two ZA3 in its original condition. Preamplifier Weiliang black 6010D Opa, World class clone,with 10 x Signetics OPA 5534AN and 4 x OPA OPA2228PA Burr Brown.

Just bought the ZD3 and two ZA3s. Going to connect with XLR. ZD3 comes with trigger cable to connect to one amp. I ordered one more trigger cable (super cheap on Amazon) to trigger the other ZA3. Started to buy the V3 monos, but finally settled on the ZA3. Really don’t care for the volume knob on the ZA3. I don’t need those if I have volume control with the ZA3. The ZA3 is a good DAC (I swapped op amps in the 2 amps and the ZD3 and put in all MUSES02). But the ZD3 is a reluctant preamp; It lacks tone controls on it as well as a headphone amp. I’d also like at least one pair of RCA inputs for my turntable. Line in would be fine, as I have a MM preamp. Two RCA inputs on the ZD3 would be wonderful. Maybe I’ll pick up a Fosi P3 preamp. That gives me tone controls and headphone amp, but then I lose my balanced XLR connection. And I still need a way to bring in my Thorens turntable via RCA. However, the P3 preamp does introduce tubes into the mix and that is always nice. I love the Fosi components. I just can’t quite get all the features I want and need. I’ll continue to use my Emotiva PT-100 preamp and Emotiva A-300 amplifier for now, as I have DAC built in to the preamp, along with inputs for CD player, Node 2i streamer and the turntable.

One noisy underpowered smps for two monoblocks? MONOBLOCKS BY DEFINITION ASSUMES DISCRETE DEDICATED POWER Supplies.. Topping B100 or B200 measures far better. Why so puny size ? Having an external psu thats bigger than both amp channel makes little sense. Swappable opamps? So your engineers cant decide? Please stop using the word audiophile. Audio files would listen to this video and never purchase this product because they would notice the increasing season is advertisement video

The Sparkos is the best followed by LME49720 & NE5532 for me the top end of the NE5532 isn’t good but the sound of it is calm and the linearity is awesome; the LME49720 is better…Great bass and in some region of the high mids it stands out leading one to believe that it is also more detailed, for me this is coloration and it is not natural or linear in this region, perhaps in a specific sound system this is an advantage or arrangement to solve some problem, about the treble I found it very good, really much superior to the treble of the NE5532. In my opinion if there was an op amp that combined the smoothness and linearity of the NE5532 with the high sensitivity of the LME49720 adding the bass and treble of the LME49720, then we would have a small, cheap and perfect op amp, obviously inferior to the tops like Sparkos, Burson V7, Stacatto and LHY. If anyone knows this op amp please let me know.👍🏽
