Тестирую рендеры анимации в Vantage. Когда сохраняю в формате jpg и редактирую в Premier Pro, время анимации значительно увеличивается, а когда ускоряю время в Premier, появляются искажения. Что я делаю не так?

Firstly, I would like to thank you for your time and support. This looks like a promising software. Now just for information, what I have understood is that chaos vantage works with vray right? like an extension? it's not a standalone rendering software like lumion, enscape or D5? We need vray for setup and light, material editing. Please correct me if I am wrong. Further, if I'm right, do you have any future plans of making it standalone so one doesn't have to get vray and could use say sketchup or 3dsmax for modelling and vantage directly for setting up materials and lights etc?

Is nvedia rtx 3060 is good for sketchup+chaos for making animation??, and how long it take for making 1mint animation ???

Chaos Vantage is looking good, but I think the team need to optimize speed a bit......I am using RTX 4070Ti 16GB and 64GB Ram.....and I tested a 5sec animation of the sample scene (Sketchup_Exterior.) The render setting is Custom, increase render samples to 200, and resolution preset: 1440P. Denoiser on and reduce flickering on. Render time is 1hour for 5Secs....isn't that quite a lot of rendering time?

what is the minimium system requirment for vantage
I have excluded one object from a light.... but it appears in vantage....... can u solve the problem......??
Light excluding/including is not supported in Vantage unfortunately.

Thank you so much for this video!!! As always its the best resource for Vantage!!! I was always wondering if DLSS could contribute to final renders of the scenes. Since you didn't mention it here I am guessing it is only meant for real time viewport previews. Looking forward to the next update!
You are correct. Currently DLSS 3.5 can be used for interactive rendering only. The reason for this is that it does not benefit from more sampling and it could only confuse the offline rendering setup. You can use the record viewport function to generate videos with DLSS 3.5 though.

That's so awesome Simeon. Do we need Nvidia RTX Series 4 and above to be able to run this program smoothly like the example in this video? Thank you in advance for your answer
Performance is very scene dependent, but DLSS 3.5 does not require the latest RTX series, so you'll be able to use it on previous generations too. Just make sure you update the driver to the latest one.
The only missing thing is displacement... We're expecting it asap.

Would be great to see these features in Corona Renderer like you showed in this video, so we could combine algorithms and choose from which pass will enable second algorithm.
It could be a good feature, but mind that DLSS 3.5 is designed to work with realtime rendering engines. This means it will not produce better result if you keep the camera still and leave it rendering for more samples/time. So I think in its current state it will be useful only for IPR.

Hi, has Chaos integrated animated AXYZ people into vantage?
Yes they have
Chaos Vantage supports rendering of animated AXYZ models via Live link and vrscenes. However, adding such characters directly in Vantage is not yet implemented. You'll need to go through a DCC, e.g. 3ds Max to add the characters and then render with Vantage.

thank you for the video. my problem is that vantage images are always a little blurry.
Can you please send us examples on our forums? Vantage does not apply blurring/sharpening post process on the final image. There might be some other causes that I'd like to investigate. Thanks!

Also no uvw mapping in materials editor
I think it's hard to implement fut and Real displacement as they Reuire high amount of VRam
We have those planned and working on them. Implementing them for real time raytracing is a bit more challenging and it takes time, so thank you for your patience!

You should consider sharing this scene publicly so we have the ability to test it out on our rigs for comparisons. Would be amazing helpful for garnering more buzz and interest.

The scene was modeled by www.evermotion.com (Archinteriors 64) and is available for V-Ray/3ds Max and V-Ray/Cinema 4D. I recorded the video on a single laptop 4090.

@@ricbattaglia6976 The materials and lights were already setup - Vantage supports the already setup scenes and renders those without the need of any manual conversion. The render is all Vantage. The frame rate can be seen at the bottom right hand corner and with DLSS it is realtime. Vantage does not use the CPU to render, although it does use it during scene loading and some additional tasks.

@@ricbattaglia6976 Material creation and editing is not yet possible in Vantage. However, lights creation and setup is available. Vantage is a realtime environment that helps V-Ray artists explore their projects in a fully ray traced quality.

Glossy refractions was a much needed feature. Thanks!
Glossy refractions were possible in the past, by adding a very small bump map, it rendered almost the same as this new glossy refraction does. But the old method had issues with caustics, as refractive caustics won't take bump in account, the frosted glass projected incorrectly clean caustics like it were a clear crystal. Now, since this amazing new implementation on, the caustics are physically correct depending on the refraction glossiness level.
@@Carolina-mw4po Thanks. I actually tried the bump map workaround in the past and it didn't work well. The glossiness amount varied depending on the distance from the object and I constantly had to readjust it. Not good for animations and lookdev. Thankfully this has been resolved now. :)

Thanks! Blend material is on the TO DO list, so stay tuned. As suggested, you only need to update to the newest NVIDIA driver and the DLSS options should be available.

Hi thanks for this tips. I am trying to animate people and tree using 3ds max and vantage, can you please guide me how to do that?
i am rendering and i am having flickering in gi using 2000 samples what should i do to not having flikiring
now every render engine seems to follow D5 render engines path, to use both raster ans raytracing at the same time to give better raytraced looking like result in short time.
plz make a interior animation with vray settings
