I agree with you, Tar. The General Election should be a national holiday, but both of our political parties - Republicans and Democrats - have shown that they don't want free and fair elections in this country. I do NOT agree with you about the military fighting for our freedoms. They never have. Union activists, civil rights activists, women, gays and lesbians have fought for our freedoms, and died. The US military fights for Wall Street.

Yes, we need and should have the National Holiday on Election Day. I have seen plenty of people have to work missing going to voting. I know we have an early election voters and absentee voters. Some prefer to go and vote in person regardless of how long lines are and feel proud like me. The National Holiday on Election Day will allow them a time to go voting. 🌻☮️

Great advice! Everybody, especially if you live in a Republican-dominated "red" state, please check your voter registration status and ensure that you haven't been "purged" yet. In addition to Texas, Georgia and Florida both recently purged millions of voters from the registration.

I felt about Texas Deaf club, I’m not living there. But I’d like to be member there even I’m from other state, by sponsoring to keep it alive. But I won’t go there because Texas doesn’t have ANY lgbt laws to protect these “our people;” basically, when you’re on Texas’ land you have NO right to be there at all.
