    Great video. I'm just getting interested. I don't understand why this video doesn't have more views and comments. My only issue (so far) with the geocashing app is the high percentage of premium hides. I found a micro one today that wasn't even well hidden (by accident). Once I downloaded the app and looked for it, its a premium. I'm new to it, but I think if you're going to make it premium, leave a trinket for trade.

Once you develop enough ground in Black Dirt and Thick Callouses under your Barefeet, you can go everywhere Barefeet. • @brandonbeauchesne-hebert9371
      @brandonbeauchesne-hebert9371 4 месяца назад

      That’s not a problem! Lache just means swinging and letting go of the bar. Most of the time, when we say Lache we mean going from on bar to another. Sometimes we can refer to as the move. For example, if I say Lache to cat, I’m referring to Lache from the bar and swinging into a wall to land into cat position.

    • @martinperalta3426
      @martinperalta3426 4 месяца назад

      @brandonbeauchesne-hebert9371 4 месяца назад

      @martinperalta3426 I can’t speak for everyone as different people in different regions say it differently. When we’re not is when we’re adding specifically what we are doing after.

    There's one mental trick that might help. Disclaimer: I cannot butt bounce yet. If you can do the sit to stand half of the trick, try dropping back to butt immediately after that. In acrobatics/parkour etc. sometimes going back to a position you were in immediately before is mentally easier than starting from any other position, when learning.

    This video does a great job at explaining how to do the rope climbs with proper technique. Hopefully it helps me during my first spartan race this month :). Thanks

    • @brandonbeauchesne-hebert9371
      @brandonbeauchesne-hebert9371 Год назад

      Spartan race is so much fun. If you were going to do it there, remember to try to get your leg as high as possible when starting. You might need to jump up to get a little bit of height. The ropes are going to be extremely muddy and very slippery at the bottom. Not at the top as most people fail this obstacle. One thing I don’t mention is how the technique changes depending on the thickness of the rope and if it’s tied down at the bottom. The thicker the rope, the harder J-hook becomes. More that the rope is tied down at the bottom making it tighter and act more like a pole than a rope, these techniques become less efficient. J-hook no longer works as you need the rope to be loosen enough to hook it around your foot. I would use the s-hook but with a small change. If you can kick your feet out into an L then it works. However, I would focus on squeezing a rope with your thighs as well. Imagining sliding down a fireman pole. The more the rope is tight and is acting like a pole, the more you’re gonna have to climb it like a pole instead of a rope. Hopefully this helps and if you have any other questions I’d be happy to do my best.

      Yes, on steep slopes you plant your foot down and instantly know whether it's going to grip or slip. With shoes you slip, then realise it's slippery! And going uphill you can dig your toes into slippery mud like a climbing pickaxe.

    What about skateboarding would that have some carryover?

      Any athlete sport will have some carry over, just depends how. Skateboarding will help with air awareness. What I have found the most that carries over is not being afraid of trying things as skateboarders know how to fall on concrete and be okay. You develop a good amount of mental strength.

    So I actually took on my first ninja gym 2 days ago. They had me practice my dead hang which started at 7 seconds and moved up to 15 and I tried a foam course with a little success but still things to work on. I'm excited to keep trying and I will.

      That’s great to hear! Building the grip strength is probably the hardest part but you will see progress very quickly.
