I still prefer to have the droids fight for a cause, rather than replicate the meat with the clones. Even if they are clones, you're still killing someone. I find droids to be cleaner and really thought out so there are no regrettable casualties. The clones treated as disposable garbage, even though we can empathize with many of them because they have clear humanity, shows in my opinion the barbarism and cruelty of the corrupt republic for the sake of an efficient army without thinking about the consequences... even to the point of suppressing them after the war.
